Oct 18,2019Mary from Sold was fantastic! She kept us up to date and chased our useless solicitors. She was just lovely! However...The house sold for well below their valuation A YEAR after signing up with them. Our assigned solicitor was a complete nightmare. I feel like I should have been paid some of the fees!

Oct 08,2019I give Sold 5 stars as the customer service is first class. I got an offer on my house within a week of listing it. Jamie was extremely friendly and helpful. As the sale was agreed, I then dealt with Mary. Mary is wonderful and very good at her job. She kept me informed at all stages and helped to overcome issues along the way. She is a credit to Sold and I wish her all the best in the future. I wouldn't hesitate with dealing with Sold again and would recommend to others.

From Jamie in arranging all the viewings over 2 days and only for 2hour slots which meant I was not hanging around too long. For his negotiation skills in getting us the best price. Then over to Mary the progressor who did the chasing and keeping me informed of each stage and keeping things on track to complete on time and within their promised timescale. I was very happy with the services and would really recommend them to any one looking to sell.

Sep 04,2019Enquired about a property for sale 1 day after they listed it. It took them a week and me calling 5 times over different days to confirm the simple enquiry of whether the property can be used as a buy-to-let or not. After they finally confirmed this, I arranged a viewing, only for them to call me back in less than 24 hours to inform me that an offer has been made on the property and the viewing/entire thing is cancelled. Thanks for the great news and wasting my time, INCOMPETENT AGENCY. I will be forwarding a complaint to the Property Ombudsman as this has wasted a great deal of my time and has made me miss out on a potential purchase as I stated every time to the agent that I 'd like to purchase quickly following the viewing.

Mary who looked after my flat sale provided regular weekly feedback and I felt well informed about how my sale progressed. I did sell under market rate but I got an offer within 4 weeks and the money I saved on estate agents and solicitors more than made up for that decision. I would recommend Sold to anyone who needs a fast and effective sale.

Oct 21,2019The agent who dealt with the whole process had very good customer service skills. She would always reply to my emails and answer calls. Whenever I ask her to chase something up, she did it very rapidly and always informed me. I enjoyed working with her. I would recommend my friends and anyone to go with sold.co.uk - but if they do I advise working with Mary Ioannou as she loves her job and does it very accurately.
