Jun 27,2019While I didn’t end up going through with the house I viewed, the team (Jamie and Laura specifically) were absolutely great with me throughout and checked in on me at what I would call an appropriate amount. E.g, I did not feel harassed by calls and emails. I would definitely use this provided a house came up for sale in the area I’m looking for. 5 stars, thank you Sold.

As first time buyers we were very nervous going through this process, however from the initial enquiry right through the purchase of our house the agents at Sold have been prompt, understanding and down to earth. They kept good communication with us throughout the purchase and as buyers we rate their company at 5* as we have no complaints.

May 28,2019We recently purchased a property through Sold.co.uk and they were not very helpful & at times extremely rude. Fortunately we took the sellers number direct and were able to discuss/ complete the sale directly, they were not present at our viewing. After having an offer accepted, we were gathering information about the building for our Mortgage application (such as is there external lift access) and were constantly met with threatening and rude behavior from the agent. Threatening us with having our already accepted offer removed, I'm no expert but to get a Mortgage you usually have to gather relevant information about the property for the building society, apparently this escaped Sold. As mentioned, we were fortunate enough to be in contact with the seller's direct whilst always having confidence in a swift completion but I would recommend staying away from Sold.co.uk as whenever they were involved there were problems. From not knowing anything about the property in depth when asked, not showing up to either viewing or worse of all being rude & threatening.

May 22,2019Just purchased a bungalow in skellow Doncaster through sold.co.uk. From start to finish was guided through the whole process by Mary, the customer service was outstanding any queries I had were responded to immediately . I WOULD like to point out that there are no hidden charges for the buyer it's simple you make the offer that you are happy to pay for the property and that's what you pay, the only commitment that you make is to be able to complete within 4 to 6 weeks it's that straight forward, and with staff like Mary guiding you through the process it's hassle free. Sold.co.uk Mary deserves an outstanding customer service award for her work.

May 22,2019Having my offer formally accepted and providing my solicitors details Sold.co.uk contacted me to advise that their client wanted me to use the Sold.co.uk associated solicitor company. I found this very odd and quite pressurised by the agent, in their words that the client wanted the extra security ..... which I questioned and didn't understand as surley all solicitors are regulated in the same way? The agent then advised that they would need to discuss with the client and get back to me with a decision. Instead of doing this, they proceeded to accept an alternative offer on the basis that the purchaser would use their solicitor. Advising me that one of the other staff members acceted the offer without prior knowledge of my offer and that I had not confirmed the solicitor details in time ? I find this way of working very underhanded / Unscrupulous, and unprofessional. If they can behave in this manner to potential purchasers who do not follow their questionable methods of engagement = what else would they be capable of ??

Feb 20,2019Sold.co.uk were really helpful and had my property sold quickly and efficiently. Once an offer had come in the support I received from Mary was outstanding. She was amazingly friendly and understood how stressful selling a property can be. The good thing about sold.co.uk is that they deal with the buyer and the seller and can assist if there are any queries which really helped with getting the solicitors in gear! the only thing that could have improved my experience would have been slightly better communication in the beginning knowing when there were viewings and being informed about offers even if they were low. Overall, an excellent experience, Mary is fantastic and I would definitely recommend sold.co.uk
