Apr 18,2024We arranged an appointment, I checked the day before to make sure everything was good to go the following day. There was some confusion with the person not seeming to know what day it was? However it was scheduled to happen. It didn’t happen, we had the house ready, spent some considerable time making sure it was. No one turned up! Would you want to deal with these people, when the initial appointment cannot be organised properly?

Apr 09,2024Mine and my husband's experience with Sold has been amazing, the day we put an offer on the house to getting the keys Dahnish Khan has helped us a lot by answering any questions we had, chasing up enquiries for us and keeping us updated weekly. The team at sold are very response, every time I have called I've got through to the right people and my emails have always been answered within an hour. The concierge has helped us set up for our council tax, water, electric, broadband and more before we got the keys to our house to help us ease our mind when moving in and not having to deal with it ourselves, by ringing different companies to get the best quote, they have provided us with the best and cheapest deals. Thank you to everyone at Sold!

Apr 06,2024I dislike giving negative reviews and I only do this when I feel strongly about being let down, this company made two appointments and was a no show twice, without a call and they only apologised after we contacted them to say they hadn’t attended the appointment, this ain’t a company I would use if the communication is nil and they are a no show.

Apr 03,2024They are spamming mobile phones - they are spammers. They know about this as I complained at the time to the person that texted me and sold.co.uk and to we buy any home which is apprently where they got the lead from but I didn't approach them either.

Mar 30,2024I am a tenant in situ. My landlord put the property on the market with sold without telling me and gave my phone number to sold without my permission (he lives abroad). I have been harrassed by sold, trying to get me to be here for photos and viewings like I don't have a job. I have expressly asked them to get a key from the landlord (even offering to get this cut myself) as I work 60+ hours a week, but they keep harrassing me with phone calls. I agreed to be here for a viewing today on my one day off. I told them I had to change my trains to go to my family's house for Easter. I've sat here all morning and nobody has shown up. Nobody has called to let me know what's going on and I've wasted my morning. The sheer lack of respect for me when I am not being compensated for my continual wasted time is really frustrating. They only care if they're making you money.

Mar 29,2024My experience was troubled to say the least. I was given multiple sales coordinators to begin with but no communication to say so, until Chris was appointed and he was keeping in touch and understood my situation. Even though my solicitor has been through the entire process sometimes getting in touch was hard and inequitable language was used. Meaning some communication had to be drawn out, questions went unanswered and most of time I didn’t really understand what was going on. To be given the same answer for 3 months was more than annoying, we’re waiting on the lender. The process was long and drawn out causing much stress and finance problems. I felt I had to push a lot from end to get any progress. Laying on the point that financially I was struggling. In the end the job was done, better late than never and I respected chris Jackson for keeping in touch and having a phone call after the sale was complete.

Mar 22,2024I'd only give 5 stars (to any business) for exceptional service, above & beyond - so I rarely do. I found SOLD were MUCH better than Springbok! If you're looking for this type of service, I'd recommend SOLD.co.uk over Springbok. However be aware of what this type of company offers, and read the contract carefully. I was a customer of SOLD as a seller of a property. Although I DO understand the nature of companies like SOLD, I feel that it's a shame that when the property sells for somewhat more than expected, the seller isn't offered more out of the profits made by SOLD. That would be a nice thing to put in the contract. But we can't blame SOLD for our lack of experience. Marcus was good to deal with.
