May 16,2024We recently put an offer in for a property that was accepted in writing. We started the ball rolling with solicitors and the mortgage application and valuations etc, and during this time we were receiving several phone calls from a senior sales negotiator from sold.co.uk . Initially this person was friendly on the phone however very quickly he became quite pushy and aggressive over the phone.Out of the blue we then received an email to ask us what our final and best offer was…..!!! at this point we decided we needed to withdraw as our growing concerns about their competence and integrity of this company had somewhat spiralled. From the outset we knew the property had a connection with someone at Sold.co.uk and have now come to the conclusion the senior sales negotiator must also be the seller. After the way this particular sales negotiator worked I would never want to buy or sell anything through sold.co.uk ever again! I have only put 1 star because that’s the lowest you can go.

May 15,2024I was introduced to Sold.co.uk by another agent First Contact was with Mafcus, he took time to explain the process, he was amazing. The lady that took the photo was fantastic. Considerate and professional, Jade Regent was prophesional and worked hard to get my property live on the market. She was thourough with the documents So far I will like to say I am impressed with the attention I am getting so far I could not ask for a better estate agent.

She was always there to answer any questions I had right until the last day of selling! Iv never known a house sell so fast. Would definitely recommend sold they are very fast efficient and professional. The solicitors were amazing! Asha from Sayer Moore was extremely helpful and completed the sale and purchase very quickly! Thanks once again to sold for selling my property. Excellent service provided.

May 14,2024We came across SoldUK by a chance conversation with my mothers neighbour. I was so glad, as all the staff from Sold UK have been amazing. Their professionalism, support , knowledge and communication all the way through our journey has been above and beyond. Each part of the process was made so much easier knowing the support was there. I would like to give special thanks to Sarah James who was my first contact at Sold UK and who started the process by successfully negoiating the sale of my property within 4 days. We were then introduced to Thea Wilmore and Ella Seki who were then tasked with all the appropriate paperwork and numerous phone conversations along with emails, to ensure the process continued smoothly and stress free for both my mother and myself. I would like to especially thank Ella Seki for her expert help and attention in successfully negoiating a query from the buyers. Ella was extremely efficient and professional and her depth of knowledge in the matter proved to be a successful and positive outcome for us. May 14,2024We ended up buying a house through sold.co.uk (from their sister company who flips houses) and although we are yet to complete - we're really pleased with the house. They're an online estate agent, which is fine but just be aware that things can take a little longer at times - depending on who you are speaking to. Visits to the house were aranged pretty quickly - you just need to give 24hr notice. Overall the service and response times were ok. Our house had some issues with Water and Heating, and it took a long time to get to the bottom of what the issue actually was. This was more down to the seller and their contractor though and not the estate agent. We had to push and be patient. Special mention to Ella who was very responsive, helpful, professional - at the most crucial point in our purchase - I'm really grateful to her for reducing my stress level at a critical time! Thanks! Oh - be aware that if you are buying a house that has been bought recently (up to 6months ago) - some banks won't lend, some are happy to.

I honestly don’t believe we would have completed without him! And he’s still willing to help me now afterwards! Really happy with the service from Marcus and would recommend to anyone!
