Jun 15,2024A worse experience I cannot imagine. They ridicolously overestimated our house and we had no viewings in 3 months. They dropped the price to less than what we agreed. Then they stopped replying to emails and returning phonecalls. Then I had to pretend I am a customer to manage to speak with the account manager to tell them that the contract had expired and they should take the listing down, and they had the audacity after zero viewings in 3 months to tell me I had to give them notice. Of course I had, they just ignored my emails so they said they would take the ad down and what did they do instead? They dropped the price by 15K and left the ad running, and all I got is an oops, I don't know what happened. Utterly incompetent and unprofessional.

Jun 14,2024Thea Willsmore made the process very easy for me as I’m only 18 and never done something like this on my own. She answered every question I had and kept me updated through every step helping me with anything I needed aswell as well answering emails quickly, a lovely lass to talk to :)

After being with two other estate agency’s prior we had low expectations but sold exceeded our expectations and provided lots of serious buyers from day 1. It only took around 2 weeks to secure a buyer and the team were ever so helpful throughout the whole process, especially Ella who kept us informed on how the sale was progressing when we was in the dark. Excellent estate agency and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house! Great service.

Jun 10,2024I was treated rather unsatisfactory for a company that claims to provide a good service to sell your property. The first half of my experience went rather smoothly until my account manager disappeared without a trace. This is when the issues started to arise. I was ill informed as to who was handling the sale of my property and without contact for over one week I proceeded to phone Sold.co.uk for the whereabouts of my keys which upon a previous agreement to put the keys into a safe box on the front of the building. I left many emails to this person and to the info@ email and a voicemail to the main company asking for that account manager however I didn’t receive a single phone call for over a week. I then contacted Sold again and spoke to a customer advisor to ask if my keys were put into the safe box so I could enter the property and make necessary repairs. However upon trying to enter my property my keys were not in the key safe as promised and I proceeded to call Sold again. I was put through to someone else and passed over to a lady who claimed she was a receptionist. Not one of them seemed to know where my keys were. Why is there a considerable lack of communication within this company? Not only did I not know that they handed my keys to a third party which wasn’t clearly explained to me in the first instance it appeared that no one from Sold took the time or care to update me at all until I threatened legal action. Updated Edit: I was told to remove all names from my review or my review would be removed. They have all been removed as requested but still my review remains.

Jun 10,2024Everyone I dealt with at Sold was thoroughly professional, I dealt primarily with Ella Seki (Sales Progressor) who was excellent! Ella is without doubt the best and most tenacious property professional I've ever dealt with at an agent. She pushed the sale over the line, I can safely say without her it wouldn't have happened

Jun 24,2024Had extremely bad experience with my property sale. Have a lot more to say on this, which I will do later. At the moment just want to get my keys back. My property has been withdrawn from the market and I have been trying to get my keys back. For days have only been possible to speak to call handlers. Call handlers only take messages but nobody ever gets back to me. Sold.co.uk please can I have my Keys back? I feel very sorry for potential buyers as they must be having the same issues and difficulties in making appointments to view properties.
