Aug 02,2024We’ve been using sold since we put our house on the market in February, sold were very good with keeping us up to date with everything and making sure we was in the loop. We sold our house in once viewing. We were allocated a sales progressor who made sure everything went swiftly. Although we had a few issues arise with the top of the chain ella seki was always on hand to make sure this were moving, going above and beyond and being very responsive to our enquiry’s wether that was email or phone call. We will 100% recommend sold to others and if we were to ever sell again would go back to them

My thanks go to Thea, who was positive and most importantly, proactive in overseeing the sale; liaising with both sets of Solicitors, the buyer and myself to keep things moving. A welcome change indeed from my past experiences over the years of at least 2 high street estate agents, whose approach was lacklustre, unconcerned and who needed ME to push them!

They have phoned and kept us in the loop and emailed us with information immediately. We have purchased properties before but have never received this level of communication. Excellent service. Cant recommend enough.
