Jan 01,2025Ordering was quick and easy, as was receipt of our order. The hoodies were of high quality. I wish I had paid attention to your sizing chart. I donated the items to our local dog rescue and reordered with correct sizing. My new order has already shipped.

Jan 01,2025I ordered matching hoodies for myself and my pooch. They arrived in good time, they were packaged appropriately and the price was good as well (approx 50USD for a medium human [that fits true to size on a 5'3 woman], and approx 30USD for a 3XL dog [that fits true to size on a 40lb mini aussie]). My boy only wears his when it's super cold (-10ºC or more) but i love mine and wear it all the time since it arrived in October. The stitching came apart at the side of the front pocket but I was able to fix it myself with my limited hand sewing skills. That's the reason for the 1 star off. Some folks may not be able to do that for themselves. Otherwise, like the title says, it's nearly perfect! Highly recommend. I check back regularly for new colors I might like to get and will absolutely be getting another in future. The fabric they describe as "buttery soft" feels like those really lovely minky throw blankets and it's on BOTH sides of the sweater!

Jan 01,2025Purposely waited til I received my order. I got my pup the flex shell water resistant boots. I love the hard bottom of them. She quickly learned to adjust to them. The 3 securing points make it so we haven't lost a boot yet.. normally my pup is houdini and loses boots running. Shipping took awhile - mainly due to a postal strike in my country. Once the boots were shipped it didn't take too long to get here. They also threw in a free gift as an apology for the wait, which wasn't their fault. Everything I've got was good quality doesn't feel cheaply made. At first I was a little apprehensive with their customer service not having a phone #. My apprehension was very quickly set to the side with the amazing chat/email service I was provided. Will definitely order from spark paws again

Jan 01,2025I hadn't initially realized that products ship from China, so I was extremely concerned that my order wouldn't arrive in time for the holidays. However shipping was extremely quick, and my order was received with plenty of time to spare. The quality of the product is also fantastic. The fabric is extremely soft and feels durable, and overall they seem like a very good quality product. The sizing chart (specifically for the pet sweater) was very helpful, and fit our American Bulldog perfectly (80lbs, went with a 3xl).

I never would've ordered if I knew the shit was coming from China!!!! **UPDATE: Sparkpaws customer service was excellent! And they reached out as soon as they seen my review and made up for the slow shipping! I have since received my items and they are great! I love the quality!

Dec 31,2024Ordered on black friday (Nov 30th) for christmas and it’s officially over a month (Dec 31st) and it still hasn’t arrived. It stopped moving through shipping on Dec 16th after it arrived in the USA from China, and hasn’t moved since. I begin requesting refunds as early as Dec 23rd as I was leaving town, would no longer be able to receive it for the holidays, and had to spend much more money on express shipping a different item for it to arrive on time. After 3 messages out to their customer service, they offered me a 10$ gift card (wouldn’t cover a single item on their site, and am obviously not interested in giving them more $$). Finally after the 4th message out to them on Dec 27th they finally gave me a refund. I never ever do this but I felt compelled to share so people wouldn’t buy from them again!!

Dec 31,2024The quality of the clothing is great. The items fit my dog well. I just won’t order from them again because the shipping took a long time, around 23 days, coming from China. My gift arrived after Christmas. Ordered on 12/8 and didn’t receive my order until 12/30. They deceive you by thinking the product is coming from US and/or Canada. Just order well enough in advance and expect not to be updated on a regular basis. This reminded me to look closer at the reviews before ordering.

I will say that good customer service is hard to come by these days and y'all were phenomenal. Customer service was quick to respond during the busy holiday season and took care of my exchange with zero issues. Thanks again! Dec 31,2024The shoes are horribly made, and they didn’t stay on even with the straps. The hats are very cheaply made, and the delivery person was very disrespectful handling my package. He threw my package from like 3 feet away.

Dec 31,2024After 2 weeks I got in touch to chase up my order. The person responding clearly didn't read the message very well but did respond quickly and tried to help. After clarifying what the issue was, they sent me a different link to the one I'd originally been sent by the automated machine. The link told me my parcel was at a different stage of the process to the other so I waited a few days longer. After a another couple weeks I chased up again as there were apparent attempted deliveries but I was finding that hard to believe given that no one left any letter to communicate that - I had to go onto the parcel tracking site myself. Nor did they prompt me with an email or message to say it was arriving that day. This package is now over 3 weeks late... I decided to cancel the order by emailing spark paws again only to receive an email back telling me to contact to courier. I told them no, I'd ask to cancel the order and they'd clearly just ignored me hoping to keep my money. I told them again that I wasn't interested in chasing things up anymore I wanted my money back and they could deal with retrieving their items. Later that day the package arrived and they (conveniently) didn't respond to my message until after that saying that they were sorry for the hold up, something had gone wrong with their system and hoped that I'd enjoy my new product. NOT OK I SAID I WANTED IT CANCELLED AND YOU REPEATEDLY IGNORED ME! I wish I could upload photos on here to save myself writing so much because the email thread would speak for itself. The worst delivery and customer service I've ever experienced. Please listen to your customers instead of just forcing your narrative onto them so you can keep the money. People don't come when you treat them like this. I hope you change.

Dec 31,2024We love the hoodies. It is soft. Appears to be constructed well. My big dog wears his a lot. And it covers his 9x9” tumor. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! It doesn’t even appear as shipped. Your records are treating this purchase as completed!! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MYBORDER!! I received an email offering a full refund for the delayed order. I was asked to submit a favorable review with this offer. I have not received the refund.

Dec 31,2024First purchase. 3XL was too large so they sent a free exchange (no extra shipping costs). Going down to 2XL gave me more color choices too. They were great about changing the color for me after starting the exchange already. Shipping is a little slow.

Dec 31,2024Updating review: Although I didn’t ever get shipping information, I did finally get my order yesterday on 1/3. I see now that weekends and holidays extended my shipping time and appreciate the explanation. The sun shirt I ordered for my dog is way too small so I will now attempt to return and get a different size. I ordered from this site on 12/17 with an email confirming shipment on 12/19. I have not heard anything else about shipping progress and it’s now 12/30.

Jan 01,2025I ordered matching PJ’s for 2 dogs, myself and my partner (over $250). They were never shipped due to the Canada Post strike. I contacted the company for a refund as they would not arrive in time for Christmas. They refused the refund. The order has since been returned to their warehouse (has never been delivered to me) and they still refuse to issue a refund. Be wary if there are issues with delivery as you won’t get your money back.
