Dec 31,2024Build Quality is amazing and customer service is amazing. Only thing that sucks is shipping takes 2 weeks but that's not a huge deal as I will be ordering more stuff for my dog.

Shipping never takes very long. And customer support is helpful every step of the way! Will remain a very loyal customer and always recommend to all my family and friends! Super happy! Extremely frustrating because it was for Christmas and still haven’t gotten it.. well past Christmas and I would like a refund but no one is replying to my emails.

Dec 30,2024Vorsicht Betrug!! Das Paket (Retoure) ist laut DHL schon am 12.12 angekommen. Trotzdem immer noch kein Geld zurück. Man bekommt ständig die selbe Antwort vom Kundenservice. Bestellt hier bloß nichts. Werde Anzeige erstatten.

Dec 30,2024Je m’étais trompée de mail lors de ma commande, donc je n’avais aucun suivi. L’équipe a été réactive et ma commande a même été livrée jusqu’à la porte ! La veste est parfaite, je cherchais une veste qui convienne à mon chien depuis 4 ans ! Je ne trouvais pas de veste dont la taille du cou et de la poitrine correspondaient.

Dec 30,2024What went wrong this time? That isn't the smartest set of words to place in this box. This is my first and will be my last time ordered from your company. Since I have ordered these items I have ordered several items from different companies from over seas and I have received all those packages for this orders but I still have not received this order. Unacceptable. Today is now the 3rd of January. I still have not received my package yet it has been reported as delivered on Dec 31. I was home all day and it was and has NOT been delivered. Not at all happy with this outcome.

Dec 30,2024I reluctantly rate Spark Paws one Star! Ordered a dog hoodie 5th Dec as Xmas gift. 30th Dec, still no product. Numerous emails send and thanked for "Reaching Out"!! Along with an automated reply that never answered my questions. Tracking never worked and no further on! Buyer beware!! Chinese company that has no interest in supporting customers!, Buy from your local pet store, walk in, pay and walk out with product!! Worst company I have ever delt with. Have asked for refund 3 times now and totally ignored!!

Dec 30,2024I ordered 2 sweaters for my dogs on December 6. I received an email saying that they shipped on Dec. 10. Today is Dec. 29, and I still haven’t received no package. Tracking the package is useless because it doesn’t tell you where the package is. Not very happy with my experience with the company. I will not order again.

Dec 30,2024If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate. It’s been 16 days and I have still not received my items. This was supposed to be received before Christmas, 3-5 day shipping. Clearly false advertising. It should also be noted packages come from China and you can’t track them - when you try you get a generic message saying it’s being processed.

Dec 30,2024Such a disappointment. Waited weeks for the Flower Dog Sweater and was sent Dog Holiday Pajamas. Not even close to what I ordered. Can’t even use these as my dog will not tolerate anything around the base of her tail.

Dec 30,2024Placed order December 7, still have not received it. This was a Christmas present. Try to track order and it comes up, It’s in transit. Have no clue if I’ll ever get it. Thought the product was really cute, but not worth the hassle of trying to find my order. John K Update, received order Dec31, product is amazing, soft well made, mailed it out to my friend. She loves it. I would order it again as a gift, But do it in October.

Dec 29,2024Horribly slow shipping and inadequate customer service. I placed an order the last week of November, plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. Still nothing as of Dec. 29. The tracking showed the package sat in Chicago for 11 days without moving. The excuse from customer support was that delays should be expected around the holidays.
