Dec 29,2024I originally had a rough experience, but the company reached out and was more than kind in their help and resolutions. The product is very nice, and their size chart to decide on what size for your pet is very helpful. Shipping isn’t super quick but the product did arrive as ordered.

Dec 29,2024The hoodies seem to be of great quality and the colours are lovely. I had a hiccup with the sizing at first, but their customer service is unparalleled and everything got sorted out. Will definitely order again! My dog loves her new hoodie and others made for good gifts.

Dec 29,2024I was so excited to purchase matching Christmas Santa pj’s for my Frenchies and daughters. Order was placed on Dec 5th. Still not delivered! Suppose to be shipped in 8-10 business days. My girls were super disappointed. Please note all Items are shipped/made in china, not US. I reached out to customer service multiple times, no resolution. Shows shipping from warehouse, no updates. Only risk if you have lots of time. Cute outfits

Dec 29,2024Outstanding customer service. The items arrived today, great fit for my stafford pit for now. I also purchased a matching sweatshirt for myself and it’s a great fit. I will be purchasing more items in the future. I started getting emails with a link stating that there was an error with my address and was instructed to click on what looked liked the USPS official site and the give away was this odd looking long digit at the very top. I received several of these bogus requests to update for a re-delivery but it wanted a credit card for the re-delivery fee. Just be aware that there are some shady people out there trying to steal from your customers. I had enough sense not to click the link I informed my post office. Thank you again for your lovely quality product

Dec 29,2024I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews on here. I almost didn’t get my package I had to email them multiple times and that and I’m having a problem with the pjs and I’ve been fighting them for days trying to get a refund and they block me on face DO NOT BUY from this company

Dec 29,2024They said it was shipping from US but was actually from China. The item never arrived and then Spark Paws sends me an email saying great! It arrived but attached the tracking showing it was a failed delivery. So now I have no idea where the package is, no one contacted me other than to tell me it was delivered. I would never have purchased it if they said it came from china.
