Update to a past review that I cannot edit for some reason... Originally the company was using regular post which was on strike and had no chance of arriving before Christmas, even though ordered with just enough notice. Support staff changed shipping to a courier service and the package arrived just in time on Christmas-eve.

The items are all exactly what I hoped for, and more! I got 3 different pieces for my friend's dog, and they fit super well. Each piece was well-made and the fabrics are soooo soft! Definitely recommend :)

The pajamas we bought were very soft and fit our dogs well! However, it took nearly two weeks for them to arrive, which is long in this day and age.

Love the quality of these hoodies. They are amazing and so soft. I had seen adds for Spark Paws and decided to give it a try. I ordered 3 different hoodies as Christmas presents and was so ecstatic at how exceptional the hoodies were. My only cry was how long it took to get here. I was sweating they wouldn’t make it before Christmas but they did!! Now, I’m ordering matching hoodies for ma and my dog. :)

I had a terrible experience with Customer Service when trying to order 2 items. The price of the one item kept changing when I added it to my cart. I would take it out of the cart and re-add it multiple times. I was given 3 different prices during this process. I spent a long time on the phone with Customer Service trying to sort out my order. I was left on hold multiple times, twice for 8 minutes. The Customer Service agent did not know how to solve the problem so I had to send an email to them. I even included screenshots to try to explain the situation (showing that there were 3 different prices when trying to order the item) and resolve the problem. I received an email from Spark Paws basically saying 'Too bad. That's the price' (the highest price, of course). The only reason I purchased the item is because this is what my friend wanted. I will never buy anything from Spark Paws again as they do not honour the price that is indicated online prior to adding the item to the cart. If you see the price of an item and add it to the cart, the price should not change once it is in the cart. Luckily I noticed the error when processing the payment, but how many people don't notice this type of mistake and are getting taken advantage of? Maybe it is a problem with their computer program, but it is false advertising if they don't honour the price that is indicated when you add an item to the cart. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the deceitful ordering experience I had with them! Save your money and deal with an honest business who stands by their prices!

DO NOT order from this company! **Beware: Positive reviews appear to be bots or paid customers** I have been waiting for over a month for my order that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I placed my order over 3 weeks before Christmas. The tracking information given shows my order is STILL in China, with no movement or updates since 12/05/2024 (over 4 weeks ago). Their “Customer Service” is an absolute joke, and primarily consists of AI/Bots for that offer no assistance or solutions. I have reported this company to my bank, PayPal, etc., and encourage others to do so, as this is a fraudulent company. Had I known that this was a Chinese company, and seen the vast majority of reviews calling out this scam, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Now I am in the time consuming process of trying to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

First time shopper, I had shipping issues that went a little overboard, i can only assume LOL. I let them know of my issue and they made everything right. Will definitely be buying more. Thanks, Alot old review; Still waiting on my things. It's been over a month. I'd like a refund. Get back at me if you get a chance.

I am super impressed with the customer service! The order arrived in a timely manner. I completely missed the size chart and ordered a large when in fact I need a 3XL. Abby, the customer service rep, replied within 24 hours which was amazing since it was Dec 26. She gave me options and we ended up ordering a completely new package. Abby then told us to keep the original purchase and that the new order was being shipped. Anyone else writing about poor customer service must be dealing with some other company!!

This company had the most amazing customer service!!! We bought our little Chorkie pjs but they were too small and they are sending a Medium for her .. They are the softest and the cutest .Will definitely be ordering more from them

Six emails and one month later and I still do not have my product. I have repeatedly asked what I need to do to return the product as it is no longer of use to me. They have suggested a $10 gift card. Hello? WHY would I purchase anything from you again when I my requests seem like they are hitting a brick wall, there is no customer satisfaction, the point of the gift (Christmas) and recipient of the product (guest) is no longer applicable?
