Customer service was amazing and understanding! It honestly felt as though she was a friend or family member doing everything she can to ensure Oreos sweater got here in time before she passed away from cancer. I highly recommend this brand due to their super comfortable and stylish clothing!

Product comically small. I ordered for a large dig and product wouldn't even fit a cat. Shopped from China and was unable to track until the day it showed up. Customer service offers nothing but excuses and I had to pay $31.00 out of pocket to return the item. Money Ill never see again.

My package arrived 1/3 when it was ordered on 12/16/24. Not only was it very late but missing part of the order, ordered 4 items 2 sweaters for my dogs and two adult sweaters and only 1 adult sweater arrived. First and last time buying from this brand.

26 days to receive my package. Comes from China which I wasn’t aware of. Contacted support a few times with them first assuring it would be here by Christmas. Only way to contact carrier is a foreign Chinese phone number. Ordered 12/6 and it delivered 1/2.. nearly a month. I won’t be ordering again. Temu does better than this.

Awful. Ordered November and it arrived in January. Customer service is awful. Has to get Amex involved who are ALWAYS AMAZING. Without Amex I’d be stuck Never order from this company again!!!

Ordered an extra large hoodie for my large dog, and it’s more like a small. Nowhere near an extra large. Very disappointing! Will be selling on elsewhere due to bad reviews about refunds with this company.

I was able to exchange item that were still available in the correct size. The return was easy and I received the new items today! So happy! Ty and everything fit perfectly!

I did not realize this product was produced & would be shipped from China. I didn’t receive a confirmation email promptly. The last update to the shipping status was 12/26/24. I hope the product is good, but I will not order from this company again based on my experience so far.

Order placed on December 20. It is now January 3. An email sent that my order had been shipped included a tracking number. Tracking number was no good. I reached out after Christmas. It is now after the new year and no one has responded to my email or is able to tell me where my order is at I place this order in hopes that would arrive in time for Christmas or at the least soon after Christmas items are over price, everything was out of stock.

The product is great quality. My family loves it. The process to get it wasn't ideal because there wasn't enough communication and the tracker stopped working after the product left China. So after a solid 2 weeks of not being able to locate and it hadn't been delivered I assumed it was lost. Glad I got it, but wish I knew where it was.

This is my second time ordering from Spark Paws. Very good experience, no issues. Shipping was good for having ordered right before Christmas. Quality of the dog pj's was great. Would order again.

I placed an order on Dec. 16th. Its now Jan 2nd and I still haven't received it. Had I known the order was coming from China, I wouldn't have bought it!!! I was under the impression it was coming from Canada.

Ordered a medium sized dog puller. What arrived was at best an extra small. This is the worst experience I have ever had from any online ordering site and I order all my dogs outfits on line.

Ordered 3 lots of dog Christmas pyjamas and they didn’t fit, which wasn’t the issue. I was offered a replacement order but I just wanted a refund. A family member posted the return for me on 31/10/24 but didn’t keep the proof of postage, customer services can somehow justify not refunding me £60 because I can’t prove that my return was received in their warehouse. I’ve worked for an online retailer for years and we keep note of everything that comes back into our warehouse, even if the customer doesn’t have a tracking number. Absolutely horrific and would warn anyone to stay clear, awful service.

Arrived in time for Christmas. Box a bit beat up but product was unharmed. Friend and her Dog loved the pajamas!
