My Yorkie loves his toy but after it’s fully charged it only works for 10 minutes. I guess I expected it would stay charged longer.

Ho comprato una combo felpa uomo + felpa cane. I prodotti si sono presentati come nelle foto e di qualità. Ma ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stato che mi hanno fatto un cambio taglia per il cane, senza che io dovessi mandare l'articolo sbagliato indietro e senza dover pagare altro. Questo è fantastico

Our Jolene loves her Teddy Sherpa hoodie! And gets so many compliments! She’s a 47 lb rescue pittie with a bit longer, thinner neck. We measured & used the tool for a great fit. The inside lining is very soft, similar to a blanket. The outside is gray Sherpa with a hoodie. You can snap the hoodie down when not using. It’s easy on and off. Put their feet through the front, pick which snap works underneath and you’re ready to go.

Customer service sucks. All them a question and they are too busy trying to gather personal information (never ordered from them before) to pull up my past (non existent) order history. You really need a name and email address to answer a question about sizing? Then ignored my question entirely and sent me the sizing chart from their website. Yeah. I saw that, had a question, and contacted you with further inquiry. Apparently, it wasn't worth answering when you could just send an unrelated image over.

I ordered 11 items in early November and in January have received nothing. They “sent” them and their horrible tracking service with no real information said they were delivered but they were not. They claimed to send them again and another month later a different terrible tracking system said they were delivered and again were not. So now I’m still waiting on their joke of customer service to fix this situation and still don’t have the Christmas presents I bought over a month before Christmas. Honestly the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had buying online. I’m not sure what company these good reviews are from because I can’t even get any product from this company. It’s a shame because I would have loved these items for my dogs.

While it took 37 days for my order to arrive which is extremely frustrating, it finally arrived and my pups love their sweaters. My first 2 engagements with customer service looking for an update we’re not great but Meena knocked it out of the park with really great customer service and assistance. Small hiccup this time around in the order but I will def be ordering again because we love these sweaters!!

Ordered jackets, hoodies and sweaters for my puppy at great expense, they were shipped on a slow boat from China and by the time they finally arrived (over a month!), my puppy had already outgrown the clothes. I emailed them because I feel I should not have to pay return shipping when arrival takes more than a month from the time of purchase, and they just sent me the same canned email over and over saying where to return at my own shipping expense. VERY bad customer service, with only robots answering their emails.

Commande passée le 15 décembre avec des délais de livraison annoncés sur le site de moins de 10 jours. Articles en provenance de Chine envoyés depuis la Chine et annoncés comme étant livrés le dimanche 5 janvier à 21h22. Évidemment, je n’ai rien reçu et aucun service de livraison n’a lieu un dimanche soir à la campagne. Le service client ne me répond pas. J’ai même été bloqué sur leur page Facebook suite à un commentaire relatant mon insatisfaction. De très nombreuses personnes témoignent de la même mauvaise expérience que moi.

J'ai commandé un collier chez eux et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. J'avais déjà un harnais dont la qualité est excellente et là le collier est juste superbe et très costaud pour notre Pitbull. Seul bémol selon le tableau des tailles je l'ai pris en S mais il taille plus petit que ce qui était noté, j'aurais dû prendre un M mais en le réglant au maximum il va quand même à mon chien. La commande est arrivé vite. Bref, c'est vraiment une entreprise sérieuse qui fait des produits très qualiteux pour nos chiens. Je repasserai prochainement commande pour un nouvel ensemble harnais, collier et laisse d'une autre couleur pour étayer la collection 😊

I am completely unhappy with this transaction. A month later and I still haven’t received it and when I asked for a refund (long before it shipped or the order even processed) I was told take the package or a gift card but no refund. I was also unaware the order shipped from china so it’s very likely you can get it for 1/4 the cost on other shopping sites.

I have been waiting over a month for my order which was supposed to be a Christmas present. I ordered on December 5th and I still do not have the package. The tracking information they keep sending me is a joke. It just states: " In transit to next facility". This could be in Timbuctoo for all I know. I have emailed them multiple times and get the same bullsh$%t schpiel every time. If you actually want your order, order from somewhere else. And the AI response to the negative reviews is laughable. I have been waiting 34 days for my order. Every time I email them, which is daily, I get the same bot response of "your package has been handed over to the last mile. It will be delivered soon.". This has been the response for 2 weeks now. I have asked for my money back and they said they cannot refund me until the package is delivered. Well, that is a catch 22 if ever I have seen one.

Great quality products, fits my English Bulldog well throughout the chest which he usually looks, and probably feels like a stuffed sausage in store bought hoodies. Thank you for catering to bully breeds!!!

I ordered matching hoodies for my boyfriend and his dog on the 16th of December 2024. The email advised that the products may not arrive in time for Christmas, but I thought I'd email to check their progress on the 22nd, as the product was shipped on the 18th. I received a response on the 24th, and the product arrived on the same day. Super happy with this service and the quality of the products, I'll 100% be ordering from here again and cannot recommend them enough! :)

LOVE this company! We ordered 2 (5XL) hoodies for our BIG pup -- they were a tad too big so Spark Paws is sending us two replacement hoodies at NO CHARGE! Shipping does take a while because they ship from China - but still worth the wait for a quality product. Highly recommend!

I wish you could upload a photo. I have a rotti x mastiff. She is a big girl and is a terrible puller on the lead. I've always worried that she will break her collar or lead. Just bought the collar, harness and lead. They are amazing! Such good quality and I feel so much at ease knowing the links won't break when she pulls now. I bought it the pink/blue shades. So pretty too. Love

I got my daughter and our dog matching hoodies and now my husband and I are getting the same hoodies too because these are just so soft so here comes our family walking down the street all four of us with matching hoodies. I can’t wait!!

I ordered 2 items a hat and pj’s for my French bulldog on Black Friday November 29th 2024. Still haven’t received my items it is now Jan 6 2025. I received an email on 12/8/2024 that my item was shipped. I’ve tried to contact them numerous times and haven’t gotten a response as of yet. I will never order anything from Spark Paws again
