I had a terrible experience with Spark Paws. My original order never arrived, and I provided their customer service with tracking information from the drop shipping company, clearly showing that the delivery was marked as "failed." Despite this, Spark Paws insisted that on their end, the order was marked as delivered, and they refused to issue a refund due to their policy. When I asked for proof from their side showing the order was delivered, my request was completely ignored. Instead of issuing a refund, they offered to send replacements. However, the original items I ordered were no longer available in my dog's size, forcing me to choose alternatives. What’s even more upsetting is that I never received the replacements either! I provided two valid addresses and my contact information, yet I was left going in circles with no resolution. Their lack of transparency, unwillingness to acknowledge the evidence I provided, and failure to fulfill either the original or replacement orders are completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. Buyer beware—avoid this company at all costs. UPDATE: Frustrating Experience, But Finally Received a Refund After months of dealing with failed delivery attempts and endless frustration, I finally received a refund. Since December, I had been receiving tracking updates showing failed deliveries, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, the product was never delivered. I provided an alternative address, but it was still returned to the warehouse. After much back and forth, I finally managed to get my refund. However, the process was incredibly stressful, and the lack of communication and reliability throughout was disappointing. While I did eventually get my money back, I cannot recommend this company due to its poor delivery practices and customer service from their delivery services. The overall experience was far from smooth, and I won’t be shopping here again.

I love the products! They are well made and priced reasonably. I would have given 5 stars, but my order did not arrive before Christmas. I placed my order on December 6. I feel there should have been plenty of time for shipping. I have ordered before and received items in a timely manner. I received my order January 2. So sad! It should not have taken that long.

Order never arrived. They claimed they resent the order after about 25 days. The tracking was sketchy and just never updated after a while. I asked for a refund and they just kept saying the order was on its way. This went on for almost 39 days. No items were ever delivered

I placed an order with Spark Paws on December 5, 2024, for holiday pajamas for my dogs. Unfortunately, the order didn’t arrive until January 6, 2025—far too late for the holiday season, as I originally planned. The website stated that I should have received my order by approximately December 18, and their policy states that holiday items are non-returnable after December 20. Given that the delay was not my fault, I requested an exception to their return policy. Spark Paws acknowledged the shipping delays and agreed to issue store credit for one set of pajamas, as the dog they were intended for may not be with us by next Christmas. I identified the Medium size as the set I wanted credited. However, I later realized the Medium was $1 more expensive than the Small size. Spark Paws processed the credit for the lower-priced item without further clarification. I also requested free shipping on a future order as compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delays, but this request was denied. This gave me the impression that Spark Paws prioritizes short-term profit over building lasting relationships with repeat customers. Another point of concern is that the company markets itself as "based in the USA," yet the items ship from China, which likely contributed to the delays. That said, I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the products. The materials and craftsmanship are excellent and far superior to many other pet clothing options available. It’s a shame that the overall experience was tarnished by these issues because I would have otherwise become a loyal repeat customer.

Very nice materials, hoodies are super soft and great quality. Customer service is spectacular. I ordered a few different human and dog matching hoodies as gifts for the holidays. They shipped quickly. I did have a sizing issue with the dog hoodies being a little small, but I reached out to Spark Paws and they sent me a new order in a larger size the very same day, completely free of charge and said we can keep the old ones or give them to someone else. Overall impressed with the quality, customer service and company as a whole. 10/10 will definitely be ordering again.

Spark Paws dog pajamas are the best quality out there and their 4X size is the first I have found that are large enough to fit my big girl. She loves them!

I purchased over $100 in items on my first order. PJ's and Hoodie for our puppy and PJ's for my wife. 4 days later I decided to get PJs for my other dog and myself. 10 days later I got the second order but the first order remained "In Transit" for 2 more weeks missing Christmas and Newyear's (I could not open the 2nd order till I git the first as it was a combined gift). The product/quality was good and the PJ fit for a week but I was expecting to have it 2 weeks earlier. I knew the puppy would outgrow them but again, expected to have them for Christmas and newyears. Now they are very tight. I complained and you tried to offer me a crappy $10 gift card which I could get for just responding to one of the junk emails you send. Unless you are prepared to send a larger set of PJ's (that match) or a different Hoodie (1 size larger) for the puppy I am done with you.

J ai mis des semaines pour recevoir le manteau et faible qualité des boutons il y en a 2 qui sont déjà partis. Vous me répondez que j ai eu mon colis dans les délais non au contraire ça a mis plusieurs semaines car le 1er à été perdu. Et pour le problème des pressions non c est pas résolu personne est revenu vers moi

The items were great, fit well & were made well. However, it took 30 days to receive them (late for Christmas); the tracking was very non-specific so I had no idea where they were. Seemed to have been sent via Pony Express the long way. Customer Service was responsive but there was nothing more they could do except tell me where my items were & when I should get them. Didn't offer any credit or future discount to make up for long delivery & missing Christmas. Very disappointed.

Items ordered where not delivered. Multiple communications between Spark Paws and myself provided no solutions. Additionally, the company refused a refund. Money was taken and products were not received or delivered. Would not recommend this company.

Their customer service responded to every email however over a month later and I still haven't received a package they claim was a customs in mid December, nor have I received the refund. Note, the majority of the emails they responded to were "how do I get a refund?" I got a different answer everytime until they finally relented around new years. Now, if the refund comes, it's 5-25 days, according to them. Update: 1/15 I received an email that they made a mistake applying for my refund and would reapply, whatever that means 1/22 still no refund ORDERhiowx241208090249313

I love the collars for our strong dog; I bought one in september 2023 and its still going strong, decided to buy a new one and one for our seccond dog. I love the handles so i can hold them steady. Well worth the investment.

The shipping courier they use is questionable and slow but customer service from Spark Paws themselves are top notch! Easy exchanges and good product. Wish they were made locally and had faster shipping though.

These other reviews must be fake. Look on Facebook and Instagram lots of similar negative experiences. I paid 227 on Nov 17. Nothing was delivered. Their shipping company conducts business solely in Chinese. The company claims package was delivered. They agree to refund (has not been processed) Then the company charged me again for 227 on Jan 10th. I’m out over 450. No package.
