Feb 18,2020My son installed a cable railing system for the split stairs to the basement. We had a few questions, and the guys helped us in placing the order. Order came on time. As the installation was underway, it was discovered one of the posts was incorrect and once customer service (Ben) reviewed the order, it was quickly rectified! I LOVE LOVE LOVE how it looks, as it has opened up the open concept area. I couldn't be happier. Authentic Mid-Century Modern living room/dining room meshes brilliantly with Cool Contemporary! Feb 18,2020The hand rails came without any damage, but I did notice that one of the layers in 4 foot section had a major and unsightly defect in it. For a piece this short, I would have expected it to be culled out. Fortunately it did not go all the way through and I was able to face it to a solid wall. No harm, no foul. So I did not return it. Otherwise after lovingly putting on over 10 coats of finish it matched up great with the other components of my stair case that I put in 35 years ago.

Feb 18,2020We did about 40 feet of cable deck fencing with a top beverage rail. Worked out great. We did it in black color and it blends into the back ground it’s like having no railing at all. We recommend the cable fencing in black!
