In 2001, a customer named Jen was building her dream home in southern Michigan and wanted a beautiful stairway. Feb 18,2020We had a horrible and very expensive experience with Stair Supplies. Part of the problem was our fault but I think they could have been more understanding with their return policy. And our installer had a lot of problems using their product. My advice: don’t buy this kind of thing online. Buy it locally.
