In 2001, a customer named Jen was building her dream home in southern Michigan and wanted a beautiful stairway. She could see what she wanted in her mind, but the stair parts she wanted were not available through normal outlets. She wanted unique iron balusters with custom box newels. Feb 18,2020I thought I was getting the right size and the right color. The pieces I received (after many weeks) were not as pictured on the site, and they were the wrong size. I spent over $70 on these wooden pegs to fit an existing staircase. When I inquired about a return, I was told that since this was a custom order, there were no returns. When I ordered these, I believed they were an in-stock item.

Feb 18,2020The product was excellent. The delivery not so good as the truck that brought it was a trailer and could not come through the gate of the complex. The driver was very unhelpful and I had to borrow a pick up truck to collect the items from the side of the road.
