Sep 15,2018The treads took a long time to deliver, were dinged and corners were damaged. I was able to trim off the damage, since the standard size was an inch longer than I needed, but the damage occurred at the warehouse. The packaging was totally intact. The return policy is onerous, and I didn't have another six weeks for replacements...

Sep 15,2018We've received so many positive comments regarding our Stair Supplies handrail. Modern, classy, beautiful, chic, are just a few. The kit arrived relatively quickly in two shipments. On opening the boxes I was a little intimidated by all of the component parts. But after reading the well written instructions contained within the binder, I felt a little more confident on what was required. We are EXTREMELY happy with the results. Also, price was approx. $600 cheaper the my first quote from a competitor. Win win!!

Sep 15,2018I'm a private home owner and not a contractor or installation pro. Part of our railing was on stairs and required specific placement. No instructions were included regarding placement. I got the information from a salesperson, not the engineers, even after repeated requests. The design, however, is what we hoped it would be. I just wish my negative experience would have been resolved more quickly and with detailed descriptions as I requested. I definitely would have rated my experience higher.

Sep 15,2018The online ordering tool was not the most effective but the followup and customer setvice more than made up for the tool. I had an error with my order but it waz taken care of promptly and at zero cost to me. The quality of the product is as advertised. I ordered the retread in read oak with the 2 1/4" nosing and they are built and look exceptional

Sep 15,2018I bought 2 platforms that cost a lot of money. One was warped and had a lot of chips and dents. It was packaged fine. The QA dept. if they have one should not have shipped a new customer such a product. I called and they wanted pictures. Why, they should have seen that before it was shipped. I had to do a lot of sanding and got the piece straightened out put it took a lot of time and effort on my part. I will never purchase from them again.

Didn't care about the extra fees I had to pay my contractor to reshuffle the project schedule and stick around to wait on them.
