In 2001, a customer named Jen was building her dream home in southern Michigan and wanted a beautiful stairway. She could see what she wanted in her mind, but the stair parts she wanted were not available through normal outlets. She wanted unique iron balusters with custom box newels. A great company to do business with. We had one post drilled wrong and they had me a new one with 3 days. Excellent to deal with. Mark was wonderful, he even came out to see the project get started and to make sure the builder didn't have any questions!!! Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!!!

May 08,2018Despite the fact the intended layout was communicated very clearly, one of two orders contained the wrong accessories. Also, the supplier treats each coupling like precious gems .. I came up short exactly one and then had to wait for parcel post to get the .80 part. I'd shop elsewhere if possible.

May 08,2018The first newel arrived after 6 weeks and the base was split on two sides. They re-made the newel and it took another 3 weeks to get it. They stood by their product but there is a legitimate question regarding their quality control in letting an obviously flawed product be shipped.

All the parts were milled perfectly, Items were well protected for shipment, and shipped on the date promised when the order was placed. As a general contractor I would definitely place additional orders in the future.

A little more expensive than Lowes or Home Depot, but they have everything you need whereas the local big box stores typically do not. Highly recommended!

May 08,2018While we received the ordered balusters and trim on time and in good cosmetic condition one of the double twist balusters wasnt twisted completely so it was about an 1/8 of a twist off of true.. unfortunately the installer didnt notice until after it was completed so now we are contemplating how to mitigate this. Overall the ordering and quality of the product was great.
