Love the product and quality of the reflective glass.. I can't say it enough how much I love, love, love the reflective glass!!!!! It is beautiful!! I have ordered a couple of times already and will continue!

We recently ordered a part for our fire pit table which had been purchased elsewhere. The customer service department was very professional and helpful. We were able to quickly order the part needed and it was delivered promptly - actually a day earlier then expected. We would definitely not hesitate to order in the future from Starfire Direct. Highly Recommend!

received our rocks and so impressed with the way they were packed! each color of our river rock was placed spread out with foam in between to keep them from moving during shipping. Love that they came in 3 colors and each color had 3 sizes. I had questions before placing the order, and someone always got back to me right away! This is a great company!

Easy ordering and quick delivery. However, my order (22" SS H-burner kit) was missing a leak detect kit and instructions. It may be obvious to many handy-people how to install, but I would like to see explicit safety and installation instructions. I had two small, extra metal parts I had no idea what to do with until I researched it. Everything else, from customer service through delivery was 5-star quality. I would buy from Starfire Direct again.

I haven't received my fire pit as of yet (just ordered last week), but the staff was so helpful helping me figure out how much glass I needed & it shipped within 4 days right to my doorstep!

By far the best product purchased. Bought Mantel Mount, easy installation and quality product. Store ordered and had it delivered next day. Customer Service did everything they said they do "follow up". Received a voicemail informing us it shipped and email with tracking information. Thank you!!

We are repeat customers of StarfireDirect. We have used their fireglass in all of our fireplaces to provide a more contemporary look to our home. While we originally started with the white, or clear, glass, we have lately added color on top of the white and the results were so stunning we will soon be ordering more for our other fireplaces. The glass has shown no wear over a period of the past five years. Their shipping is very quick and their prices are excellent too. We highly recommend StarfireDirect to anyone desiring something beautiful, unique, and affordable.
