Actually using these for table decor at a large banquet, for which I am the decorations coordinator. Perfect size and colors to add some dimension and interest to the centerpieces! Love the selections!

From product support to customer service - Everyone at Star Fire Direct proved great to work with. Keep it up - Star Fire is providing a great customer experience! We had some minor damage with one of the accent products we ordered. Response to our issue was immediate, communication and follow up was superb. We will definitely spread the word and look to you for future needs.

Everything we ordered for our fire pit was as advertised, works and looks great. We had to contact customer service due to one item not shipping. They were great, did what they said they would and fixed the problem immediately. I would recommend them to any of our friends.

I worked with Heather and she was just wonderful. Sent me photos several time and was a great help without any high pressure. I would highly recommend contacting her with what you're looking for. Starfire Direct was just great from Heather to the shipping department. Well packed and shipped quickly.

My experience with Starfire Direct has been nothing short of excellent. Great customer service and great product knowledge. They will work with you on whatever your needs or desires are and they're Not in it for the extra buck. They will give you advice based on what you want and need and not based on their profit margins which is rare these days. Customer for life.

These guys got me a part I needed for my fire pit that I couldn't find anywhere else. It wasn't a big money item, but they treated me just as if I was buying an expensive fire pit or part. They are friendly, knowledgeable & very professional!! They also have a great web site, with videos explaining fireglass, & other fire pit stuff, it's like they're talking right to me personally!!

My fire pit was manufactured to order and arrived when promised. I'm very impressed with the quality and performance. BTU output is impressive, and much higher than my friend's fire pit that came from Costco. I would definitely buy from Starfire again.

I am a repeat customer because of the great service and the super high quality fire products. I have had numerous products through the years. Each time I move, it is one of the first things I want to do to improve my new home. The "Wow!" factor when I have company is always fun. I highly recommend Starfire Direct to all my friends and family. I have purchased other products from other stores/websites. I had to send those back. The quality and beauty of Starfire Direct products are so far superior. I would give it ten stars if I could.
