May 20,2015It is always scary buying stuff online, but we felt the fire glass color matched with the color we saw using our iMac. The only slight issue, wish I could give 4.5 stars, is that I thought the stones would have been a bit bigger. In any case, it looks great in our fire pit.

May 18,2015I ordered two pounds of amber colored rocks for a very small fire pit. A day or two after I placed my order, someone called to verify that that was the correct amount I really wanted since most pits are much larger. After discussing my dimensions, I increased my order over the phone and was very pleased that I did so. Shipping was the same amount regardless, and my larger order fit perfectly with just a little left over. Very glad they called to check.

Jun 07,2015Buyer beware. I received an email requesting my decision on a product switch because the item I ordered was not available. The very next day the company rep. sent the email that they were arbitrarily sending me the "other" product substitute. I did not give permission for that exchange. That created a return shipping problem. Too fast. Also, I am still waiting for two other items I purchased. Apparently, Starfire Direct did not have those items in their warehouse either. No one contacted me to say those products were arriving much later. I had to take my time to contact the company rep. Too slow. 6/14/15: Still waiting for my order to be completed, and still waiting to hear from company rep. regarding this delay. Is it back ordered? Is it lost?
