May 16,2015I only ordered 4 pounds of reflective fire glass. They called me just to make sure that was all I wanted or need. It was shipped promptly and looks great as an accent in my table fire pit. I was also pleased with their pricing and variety.

May 06,2015Ordered two 10# bags of fire glass. One medium and one small size. I received the medium within a week. I called to see why the small didn't come and they checked and called me back that they were on backorder. I asked them to just send another medium which they did and received it within a week. Great response just wish if an item was on back order it would inform you when you placed the order online. Next time I'll just call and place an order so they can check for availability immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
