Dec 16,2023I can’t thank our moving team from Stephens removals enough for making our moving journey so smooth and worry free! They had the whole house packed into their truck quicker than we were cleaning and had unpacked the other end just as quickly! Very efficient and friendly! This is the second time I had dealings with them and would definitely use again!

The 2 guys that came to move us where there on time and worked with great care of our belongings. They took the same care at the new property, even put down a protective cover on the new flooring. Would highly recommend this company.

Dec 01,2023The packing up went well, your men were quick, polite and very helpful. Once we were in our new house our movers stayed at 23a to help, we twiddled our thumbs for nearly 1 hour. then all the movers arrived and emptied the van so we were 'invaded' by probably 9 or 10 men carrying boxes into the new house. We did agree to this when asked but certainly didn't enjoy being so overwhelmed and feel we could not recommend that system

Nov 23,2023The 3 removal men were excellent. Careful with our boxes. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrived at the time they said they would for loading the van. Due to the distance they were moving our belongings they delivered them the following day. They rang us on the morning and let us know when they were arriving. Once again they arrived when they said would and unloaded the lorry putting our boxes into the rooms we wanted. We would highly recommend them if you are moving. Also the removal costs were reasonable.

Nov 10,2023I recently had the pleasure of engaging Stephens Removals to assist me with moving my 4-bedroom house, and I must say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The incredible professionalism, positive attitude, and seamless execution by their three team members, John, Garry and Ben, truly made all the difference and transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable process. They arrived on time, well-prepared, and fully equipped with all the necessary tools and materials for the move. Their attention to detail and level of organization were exemplary, and on top of being highly skilled professionals, all three men were remarkably friendly and approachable, and had unwavering positive attitude throughout the entire moving process. I was highly impressed with the whole experience, Stephens Removals exceeded my expectations in every aspect - from lovely Tracy, who organised the whole process and dealt with all the communication and payments for me; then the amazingly efficient and professional lovely man who came to assess the house; and to those most lovely men mentioned above who carried all the furniture and boxes as if everything was filled with feathers (so glad I put the “HEAVY” stickers on 😅) Their professionalism, positive attitude, and smooth execution made all the difference and turned what could have been an anxiety-inducing event into an experience that I will cherish while settling in a new home.

Nov 08,2023From the great advice given by the estimator, the help of the admin staff during the struggle to tie down a completion date through to a moving crew to whom nothing was too much trouble the service from Stephens was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From speaking to Tracy at the beginning, super helpful and personable, to the guys, Mason and Liam on moving day, who could not have been more helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to help my husband with his rather full garage. A very competitive price too. I will be recommending Stephens to anyone needing a removal service in the future

Tracy Smith who took our order was very courteous, helpful and professional and explained the procedure very clearly and gave a very prompt response to our queries.
