Your teams worked very hard, kept a smile on their faces and were always extremely polite and courteous. Was particularly impressed with the co-operation between teams that came and helped whilst waiting for keys A special shout out for Mark, was on both collection and delivery

Nov 12,2024Excellent experience from start to finish from the initial survey, to the final box coming off the van. I can’t sing the praises of Stephens highly enough. The surveyor was really helpful and actually gave us tips to save money. The removals team were great, went above and beyond and were so polite and respectful. The ladies in the office are amazing and again, really helpful. As if all this wasn’t enough, the quotes we received were very competitive. I have a final move coming up in a few weeks and have no worries or concerns, I’m sure it will go as smoothly as the last two. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Nov 05,2024We contacted Stephen’s Removals when we were in a panic re arranging a move when we were only able to exchange the day before completion. The staff in the office couldn’t have been more helpful. Claire, Tracy and Emma were brilliant and very understanding. Stephen the Surveyor was efficient and great to deal with explaining everything very clearly. The team that moved us were stars, Dean, Paul and Mason, making what could have been a very stressful day quite enjoyable. Great company who I would recommend to anyone.

Oct 22,2024Our move was done over two days, the removal men arrived at the time they said they would, they had everything loaded in two and a half hours, they arranged to meet us at our new address and unloaded some of our furniture, they arrived next morning at the time we arranged and everything was put where we wanted it to go. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful. We couldn't fault the service

Oct 22,2024The team we had on the day were amazing. The house we were buying hadn’t arranged sufficient removals and all her furniture was still in the property once we had purchased it. They team cracked on and rounded up all her furniture in one room unloaded hers and then loaded up hers and moved her out. We were so lucky we had such gentleman moving us on the day.

Oct 01,2024Moving is stressful as everyone knows, however the removal men from Stephens were brilliant! They were early, very professional and good humoured. Nothing was too much for them to do. They were very careful and caring with our furniture and belongings. They also had a great sense of humour! A day that could have been stressful turned out to be very pleasant and not too much hard work, for us of course! I fully recommend them!

Sep 19,2024All staff are super efficient, helpful and friendly. Both Bradley and Mark went above and beyond to get our furniture in. If there was a problem, they just found a solution and carried on. We have moved into a small cottage and it certainly presented it's challenges. I cannot recommend Stephens Removals enough.

After contacting Stephen’s Removals all original concerns were dispelled as we were able to arrange “ a three day move” As senior citizens we could not have been more impressed with the kindness, care & consideration given to our family and our possessions. Well done & thanks to everyone concerned.

From the beginning, with Tracy and Claire in the office guiding us through to get the right quote to suit our requirements, whilst patiently and clearly answering any questions, to Liam and team who carefully wrapped and packed. Liam explained how the process would work and progress throughout and took care to calmly support and steer us through it. We felt like we were in safe hands! Moving is a stressful business but they certainly helped this part run smoothly. Well done everyone!
