Oct 10,2023Martin and Aaron were fantastic. They arrived promptly, treated both our old and new homes with respect. Swiftly and carefully loaded all our belongings at one end and did the same in reverse at the other. Sofas, TV and mirrors were protected and everything ended up in the right place. Nothing was broken. Nothing was a problem for them and they assembled our bed so we were settled quickly. Very reasonable price.

Oct 05,2023The physical move was handled with incredible professionalism. Really friendly team. Nothing was too difficult and the furniture dismantled and rebuilt was rebuilt better than before! There was no damage and the pace of work meant we were moved ahead of schedule. The accounts team however were terrible. Long & painful quote process that was really unclear meaning we had loads of additional charges to pay. Our used and unused box returns were not refunded as they 'lost' the details. The attitude & service quality of the accounts team was unfriendly and sometimes rude.

They were extremely organised, made sure we were satisfied with the manner in which they handled our household items. Conferred on any item that was special. Kept us fully informed of arrival and departure times. The teams overalls concern was to ensure we as their client were totally satisfied with their service.
