Mar 05,2025In my opinion the 3 workmen were very polite, helpful and worked very hard throughout the whole removal from early morning till late night ,which made the move that much easier and stress free for the family , I would recommend “ Stephens” removals to those who want a very good job done and with a very Competitive price .

Mar 04,2025The whole staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process, from when we originally contacted them to enquire about their services right up until when we waved goodbye to the team after they had finished delivering our furniture to our new address. whatever we asked for, they obliged happily. Every thing arrived here in perfect condition. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their helpfulness and efficiency - if I could give them 6 stars I would!

Feb 20,2025Stephen’s Removals packed us on 16 Jan 2025 and moved and unloaded us at our new home 17 Jan 2025. They quoted us for all packing, materials, removals and insurances to match our last minute timescale updates without any issues or special conditions. Everything was achieved to schedule without upsetting any neighbours old and new. The cost was reasonable, no damage was incurred and we and our possessions were well looked after. Just what was required to move from the old home after 35 years to a new base for the future. Their team were neat and tidy too. Would we recommend Stephens Removals to other people; most certainly.

They were careful, they were kind, they were calm (when I very much wasn’t). Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our move was a big job and the guys just cracked on and did it with a smile. Jan 23,2025From start to finish Stephen’s were amazing ! Tracey was great in the office . Excellent communication and information We had a 2 day move from Bedfordshire to Norfolk They came and packed up everything efficiently and took great care of our belongings . Then came back the following morning to pack bed / fridge and freezer, giving us a rest overnight ! They were back prompt the following morning ! Great bunch of blokes , So hardworking! Unpacked in Norfolk put everything in the right place - nothing too much trouble They might not be the most competitive quote on the market but they are So worth it . We used them 28 years ago and their service is as good as last time I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Jan 14,2025From our first contact with Stephens Removals was positive, they understood all our needs & gave good advice b4 we even booked them , so they was top of our list of the 3 companies we contact once we exchange & they sure did deliver on packing day & moving day they took the worry & stress off us, I would recommend them to anyone.All the lads were very patient & experience & professional, they even could see how stress we was at one point and told all the staff to give us a break to clear our minds lol but that was very helpful, even after our move a week b4 xmas we had so.much boxes they came and took a load of boxes away b4 they shut down for Christmas thank you all at Stephens Removal

Jan 13,2025The two movers went above and beyond with our move, my husband was rushed into hospital on day of move so I just had to leave them to it, when I got back they had put all my furniture in place sorted my fridge freezer and thougfully put boxes in so I didn't have to keep moving everything about. Would recommend them to any of my friends.
