Oct 21,2021The Stiltz lift installed is exactly what we needed, and most useful for also taking upstairs various items which we can no longer carry upstairs unaided. Your staff have all been first class - approachable, helpful, and ensuring that we were kept well informed at every stage of the development. We consider a lift such as this to be the shape of the future, especially for people needing walking assistance. Whereas chair lifts can be rather worrisome, and also diminish ones use of the upstairs of a house. Our grateful thanks to all of you, for your friendly helpfulness and support. Incidentally we have never before been given a gift for placing an order. So thank you for this also, and finally finding the Stiltz Lift comes complete with a mobile phone, to enable us to ring directly for assistance, if needed, is excellent.

Oct 18,2021Ours turned out to be a difficult installation because of an unexpected RSJ found by the Stiltz surveyor just where we wanted the lift. However, the Stiltz team and their builders did a fantastic job in finding a way round this and managed to meet our wishes. We are delighted with the result which means we no longer have to take our lives in our hands as we did when we had to struggle up stairs.

Oct 16,2021Well what can I say, from that first contact with the Sales Team, the service was brilliant. The initial personal contact was stress free, he introduced himself, was polite and respectful. No pressure was put upon me to make a decision or sign up for the lift. He explain every thing clearly, answered a few questions I had, gave me time and his full attention. The following day I duly signed up for the Stiltz Duo +, imagine my surprise a few days later to receive a Letter Hamper thanking me for the order, this was shared with friends who could not believe such a gift for placing an order. I was really impressed with the support and written information I received from the After Sales Team both verbally and the What Happens Now document. The Technical and Asbestos Surveys were completed again with the same respect for my property. I was given a date for the installation, which was adhered too. The Lift was eventual installed on the 27th July through to the 30th, the installation guys were amazing. Arrived on time and completed full days. They respected my property and explained everything as they went along. Would you believe even treated me to Fish and Chips for lunch on the 29th. The 30th was my birthday, not only was the lift fully installed, they presented me with a birthday cake, card and flowers absolutely amazing. Since installation, I have gained my whole house back. I live on my own, so in the mornings on getting up, I would deal with anything upstairs, because once I was downstairs will not go back up until bedtime. Then it would be crawling up one step at a time. Anything that needed carrying up I would have to rely on a neighbour. I thank God and all at Stiltz every night for the Lift, it has enabled me to be completely independent, because of this I know my well being and self-esteem has improved. Following installation three neighbours came in, (was curious having seen the Stiltz Vans) wanting to see the lift. All were really impressed with the elegance of it and the small footprint that it takes up. One was considering the possibility of having one installed. A dear friend of mine, was again really impressed, she contacted the Sales Team, a Sales Representative came to see her and the rest is history. She is awaiting installation within the next month. Now someone else who really appreciates the Lift is my three legged cat. He will wait by the lift in the morning and at night. Who can blame him when you can get up and down stairs in style!!. Very Satisfied Customer.

Oct 06,2021I love my lift! The Stiltz installers - engineers, electrician and carpenter - were courteous and efficient, and left the place spotless. The company installed in the time they promised, and one or two minor glitches were sorted speedily and efficiently, without question, and everything is perfect. They take pride in their work, and in the product, and want the best for the customer. I do not need to use it all the time for myself, but it has the advantage of being very useful to send items that are difficult to carry up and downstairs, such as the vacuum cleaner, or a basket of washing. When well I can use the stairs to get exercise, but when not so good, I have the lift. It fits perfectly in the stairwell, and is surprisingly unobtrusive. I love the fact that I can see all around as I quietly ascend and descend. This is a great investment.

Oct 03,2021We are very pleased with the lift and with the standard of workmanship. The only disappointment was the door in the garage that opened into the lift room was just too short for the door of the lift to open fully. We have to open the door lift as far as it will go, then, put one foot out to open the door that opens into the garage. Had the wall on one side been a few inches longer the door of the lift would have opened fully. We have a long tandem garage, so space was no problem. Other than that, we have nothing but praise for the workmen.

Oct 02,2021I had two lifts installed which necessitated a lot of plumbing work re-routing pipes etc. All the work was carried out on time by an excellent team of builders, plumbers, electricians and the lift engineers. All I can say is that Stiltz is an A class company and all the people from the surveyors to the operatives who prepared and installed the lifts. Had a couple of hiccups in the first couple of weeks but Stiltz immediately sent an engineer out and problem was solved. The Stiltz lift has made such a difference to my partners lifestyle and given her independence to go upstairs without the hazard of stairs. Can’t recommend them enough, friendly and professional service throughout the whole process.

Sep 30,2021NZ, Have had VERY stressful and confusing time trying to get a Stiltz lift installed .The agent has refused to install the lift, It all hinges round the required PS2 document which the agent is supposed to facilitate but his help was only to send more examples of what was required but not specific to our situation. Council had approved my application for a building consent permit dependent on the Ps2 document. It is the ideal lift for our situation. (Two 80+ year olds) But communication appalling.

Sep 24,2021I wish i could give a minus review absolutely appalling service would never recommend them. First when they started the lift left a sheet not pinned causing my mother to have a broken shoulder & ribs she is a 78year old who lives on her own. We then stopped all works allowing her to recover & we then asked them to come back after six months You would think after an major accident they would be falling over them selves to get this lift sorted They left my mum for 5 days no working toilet They arrive at 10:00 & most days finished at 3:00. They would have a builder who would have his 13 year old son attend site helping him (assuming taken out of school) He would not turn up the days he was allocated Project Manager David again no project management WE WANT LIFT TAKEN OUT & WE ARE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION NOW ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Sep 01,2021I was given full details of options, costs, installation and security during the agent visit. There was some delay before the lift could be fitted. Once a date was agreed, the builders took 4 days to prepare the rooms for the lift, and it was fitted the following Monday. All the workmen were friendly, polite and helpful. They cleaned up after the work. The fitters had extra work to get the lift into the room through our small room doors, but completed all the work quickly and without mess. I was given a proper demonstration of the functions and safety features.

Aug 28,2021The installation of our new lift has transformed our lives and is enabling us to stay in our long-term two-storey home with its garden and our dog and to use the whole house. The staircase in our house was not suitable for a stair lift but this through-the-floor lift is wonderful both for people and taking bags of goods up and downstairs. The work was carried out efficiently and effectively and to time and budget by very pleasant workmen in just under 3 days. All waste rubbish from the installation was removed as promised within hours of the work being completed. I would thoroughly recommend Stiltz lifts.
