Feb 11,2021Lift is brilliant, lack of building certificate despite numerous requests and lift being in place since 2017 is atrocious. Don’t bother trying to complain as their complaints procedure doesn’t work, and their email address garners zero response.

Feb 03,2021We have had a Stiltz Lift for 4 years and haven't had any problems with it at all. We have had the annual service each year. We have recommended the lift to friends and several people have been to see it and have gone on to invest in a Stiltz Lift. It is very reassuring to know that we can stay in the family home for as long as we want to and use all the rooms easily. It is also very useful to carry things upstairs and bring heavy items like suitcases downstairs. A great buy, thank you.

Feb 02,2021I am so pleased to have a Stiltz lift. It makes my life much easier. At nearly 93 I have a certain amount of difficulties but manage to live a near normal life. There are days when moving round the house would be difficult without the lift and I always appreciate it. A small problem is the usage of the button system to make the lift work. I find that it requires quite an effort sometimes to apply enough pressure,and to keep that pressure going, but I expect that is caused by the ‘operator’ not the lift itself. Thank you Stiltz! Feb 01,2021The best thing I've had installed in my house. Much better than stair lifts as I can shift heavy items like my vacuum cleaner, loaded suitcases, boxes, and even heavy coats easily, as well as me or my guests !

Feb 01,2021it is not obtrusive. in my corridor I have just have 2 slim pillars. and in the room above, when the lift is down, the carpet replaces itself and I can walk over the top of the lift. We chose it because it does not look clinical. A smart looking lift. Some people came to look at it, and the older mother, for whom it was intended, she did not fancy having a lift but after she had seen mine, she was delighted with it.

We had this installed 4 years ago and it has worked perfectly over that time and has had an annual service but no repairs needed. The lift has given my wife access to the upstairs bedroom and en suite bathroom . We are both very happy with it.

Jan 26,2021Everything went according toplan. The building work was done quickly, the lift installed and it worked well from day one. The installation of the lift has meant that we could stay in the house we have lived in for 55 years, and in which we wanted to remain. Wehave just had the lift serviced and a return visit is to bemade to deal with a slight problem which occurred during the service. Subject to that we are more than satisfied.

Jan 26,2021We and our dogs love our Stiltz lift. Our Jack Russel has bad arthritis now and so really appreciates being sent up and down on his own between Kitchen dining/living room at garden level and first floor sitting room, cinema room, bedrooms etc. Our Beagle loves to ride in it too. Glad to say that neither me or husband need the lift (yet) but feel future proofed and use it when very tired or carrying heavy loads, moving furniture and doing laundry etc. It is great for our visitors who can't do stairs. It is adored by our youngest generation too who love just to ride up and down in it - usually joined by the dogs - this drives my husband mad but he manages to mostly blind-eye such enjoyment of our lovely Stiltz Lift

Jan 26,2021I am delighted with my lift. I have an awkward house and it is invaluable. I had hoped that I could have coaxed my dog to come into it too but she refuses and howls!!! I have no complaint about the actual lift but I would like if there could be a regular service without having to call with perhaps a slight/minor fault which needs to be repaired. Margaret Bowen

Feb 14,2021We had our Stiltz lift installed in January 2018. After a few glitches with some sensors and Stiltz sending out a company representative the lift worked as designed. My wife and I use it primarily to carry items to the main floor of our house from the basement garage. We also used it for our 13 year old dog who had bone cancer and was unable to climb stairs. We also use if for elderly visitors to our house who have problems with climbing stairs. We have been satisfied with our lift and would purchase it again. We have had no problems with it since around the fall of 2018 when one of the remotes failed to work. Stiltz sent out someone to get the remote working. Since then it has worked quite well and we are pleased with the lift, the independent install company from Nashville and Stiltz.
