Apr 18,2021I don’t think they do permits, so maybe their product doesn’t meet the stringent safety requirements of the permitting process. In my county, a permit is required, and it has been seven months now since I paid them the first half.

Apr 14,2021Our lift,installed last year, has been in constant use daily ever since.Every contact with Stiltz has been friendly, efficient and professional. We live in a house with high Victorian ceilings and with a washbasin in the upstairs room so that plumbing too had to be negotiated, but the whole team worked with cheerful competance. We look forward to being able to demonstrate the lift to our friends when indoor visits are allowed again. Apr 13,2021Installation took 4 days and the men antebellum and pleasant. And their Workmanship excellent. The lift is unobtrusive and easy to use.. I have age proofed my house. These should be installed in all new builds along with p.v.panels

Apr 13,2021This lift is absolutely super even Alfie loves it. Alfie is our 13 year old Goldendoodle who has a heart murmer. The only problem we have had was when the carpet fitter did our new carpet above the lift he made it to tight. However your engineer sorted it out in 10mins. Eric Jean and Alfie Brereton

Mar 20,2021Very neat and looks good. Quick installation with really nice engineers. They gave confidence and reassurance if we had any problems. The lift is very quick with easy access. We have a wheelchair lift which is invaluable to us as Peter is disabled and can now go upstairs.

Mar 16,2021I’m happy with my lift. I purchased it without seeing one in action due to lockdown. It’s very neat and works well. I would out 2 things that I hadn’t appreciated. Firstly, you have to press and hold the lift button throughout the journey. Also there is a 10cm ish step up into the duo plus lift which could be an issue for some. I found the sales process good and low pressure. The pricing is bespoke rather than from a published list. The installers were excellent. Tidy, polite and hard working. Can’t fault them. However, there was a problem with the wrong door being delivered. It has taken 3 attempts over a couple of months to try and put this right. I’ve had to chase this up repeatedly and was disappointed to be contacted for things like extending my warranty whilst waiting for the installation to be completed. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I was also given some contradictory advice on whether my lift could be extended in the future. Overall a good product that will make a big difference in my life and looks much better than rival products. Some after sales niggles that could be improved.

Mar 15,2021Very happy with the whole process for ordering, installing and using the lift. I have progressive arthritis in my knees and so the lift has enabled me to stay in my house. The initial contact with Stiltz was friendly and when the salesman visited there was no pressure to get a larger lift than I needed. Once I placed my order I was given regular updates and when Stilz came to actually install the lift, it was installed with little fuss and I was left with a very clean installation. Everyone I met was Covid compliant. I am very happy with the lift and I hope to be using for years to come

The whole project from start to finish was excellent and well managed . The product is very good and in my opinion the service is second to none. An excellent company to deal with, everybody I have dealt with within the company has been very professional and helpful. I would recommend Stiltz to anybody.

May 12,2021Service from start to finish PERFECT. Everything replaced and left clean and tidy. My lift is perfect for me and even my little dog uses it when she is feeling lazy and fancies a ride. I cannot praise everyone enough for their efficiency professionalism and helpfulness. Nothing too much trouble. Everyone who has seen it are very impressed . The workmen were the best I have come across for a long time. Thank you.
