Dec 01,2020My Stiltz lift is great. Purchased due to difficulty with steep stairs in my house and arthritic knees. It is also great for taking the vacuum cleaner up and down stairs and other bulky things eg. washing. The lift is quick, smooth and quiet.

Nov 30,2020Installation good apart from driving a nail thru central heating pipe.. Lift is still working well after 19 months, Stiltz admin is very below par. Terrible problems with the guarantee. Never been near me to service the lift which they could very easily done between lockdowns. It seems to me that they just want your money and then they will run. The admin of the company needs a bomb under it.

I was scammed by another “local company “ and in spite of legal intervention I was left with£3000 still owing when they “ went bankrupt “.STILTZ came - polite . Professional . Trustworthy. Efficient. Perfect lift installation. It has never gone wrong. . It is easy to use . It has transformed my mother’s life and meant she can stay in her own home and happily use lift . It takes up a tiny space . Has 24 on call helpline inside the lift . For us it has been miraculous. My phone is 07935497474 if anyone wants to ring an ask personal advice or help I am happy to talk and will always be grateful to still as they saved us after a really nasty , unpleasant experience.

Nov 30,2020Our Stiltz Homelift has been an absolute God send! Installed nearly two years ago, we don't knw how we would have been able to stay in the house that we love. In addition to helping with my disability needs, my wife is recovering from a hip replacement. Whilst she waited for her operation to take place, the Stiltz Homelift offered an extra bonus!

Nov 30,2020Excellent piece of kit and very pleased to have it. The installers were great and cleaned up very well after themselves. We had one slight problem with a light fitting that was affected at installation but that was attended to promptly and efficiently. Would, and will, and have already recommended to others, (and have received a recommendation reward) Cant say anything bad about the company or service or equipment.

Nov 28,2020I have nothing but praise for my lift which is now 2 years old from its installation to the help it gives me to go up to bed. I did get stuck in it once when I overloaded with myself and a heavy suitcase. It stopped coming down from the upper floor after travelling about a foot. I did panic a bit especially when the alarm went off but then remembered that I was told fortunately that I could take the door off and then could step out. I calmed down after that, read the instructions and ll was rectified. I am due a service if you could contact me please

Nov 27,2020As my wifes illness progressed the lift became a vital piece of equiptment for going upstairs. My wife is now in a care home but I still find it useful for carrying the heavier items upstairs.Although we only used the lift for my wife I regard it as a very good investment

I bought it when my husband was very ill, sadly he died before he could really use it - but I use it for coal (my living room is upstairs and I have a spiral staircase), washing, furniture - anything that is heavy or difficult to carry upstairs. And of course, maybe one day I’ll need it for health reasons. The service was exemplary from first meeting, through installation to right now, including three times when I’ve had to ring the emergency number, I think each time was a problem with my electricity but it was excellent that someone answered and put me on to an engineer who solved the problem over the phone, but would have come out if needed.
