Jan 12,2025We were looking for a Himolla reclining chair, so paid a visit to Stokers, we were greeted with a warm welcome & directed to the relevant area. Martin from the sales team kindly got us a coffee & was a great help in guiding us through the various options for the chairs and fabrics & subsequently after I changed my mind on the order to opt for a different model, Martin sorted it without any problem. Thank you! The service is great, the choice of quality products is huge, the atmosphere in the shop is nice and calm, no pushy sales, just help available when you need it. The Chester showroom is cavernous! The Himolla furniture they stock is top quality, German made, I ordered the Lupo recliner, sumptuous & super comfortable, electrically adjustable & available in different sizes / options to suit your build. Really looking forward to receiving it! I would now make Stokers the first stop in future when looking for furniture, a great experience.

Jan 12,2025Visited Stokers in Chester looking for a good quality sofa. We spoke to Martin, who had a great balance of being informative without being pushy. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted and even I enjoyed the experience of spending our hard-earned money! (And I normally HATE shopping and spending money!) Martin was so good, we decided to buy a new mattress from Stokers too. We visited the bedding department, spoke to Steve. Steve was very well informed. He made some recommendations for us and we ended up buying a mattress from a manufacturer that we had previously considered out of our price range. We have visited several mattress suppliers recently, none of them gave the pleasant shopping experience that Stokers did and, more importantly, offered the high quality and value for money that Stokers gave.

We were greeted by Andy Short, who listened carefully to our requirements and showed us different brands and models of dining furniture. Andy explained the specifications and the care required for each piece, and answered all our questions. At no point did we feel under any pressure to make a decision. When we finally did make our decision Andy took us through the costings and gave us a fair price. Our furniture has only just been ordered so can’t review that yet, but thank you Andy for all your help and advice.

Jan 12,2025We decided after spending Christmas in my daughter’s luxury bed that we needed to change our time served one. I read widely on the Internet and had decided on a Harrison Spinks Monarch10000 .Visited Stokers showroom SOUTHPORT. The salesman Mr Carl Sixsmith could show us a firm and medium mattress side by side to test and select. Wonderful. Although I had looked on line there is no substitute for testing a mattress. Sale price was a significant saving of around £4000. Altogether, an excellent afternoon as experience to be recommended.

He provided the most competitive and flexible terms from all the market leaders. His attitude and service were above expectations and we were happy to place our order with Stokers. We have no reservations that the delivery and aftercare will match the sales services received and would recommend this branch and particularly Andy for any future sales.
