Not pushy , gave advice , answered relevant questions but also gave you space and time to measure up , think about it go home and then return which is all part of the process . The Ordering process was straightforward and explained fully by Steve . Great choice of stock too . Thank you . The Gilchrists .

We took our time in choosing the right sofa and no pressure was applied. The ordering process was very efficient and everything was explained to us in detail. Any questions were answered with the knowledge you would expect. Great service and shopping experience.

We were looking for new sofas and Jenny greeted us when we arrived but gently directed us and when we required assistance she was immediately there , knowledgable and helpful . Tracy pointed us in the direction of the same make of couches but different styles. We found the ones we liked and can’t wait for them to arrive! Thank you Tracy.

Jan 02,2025We called into Stokers in Chester originally to begin our hunt for a new sofa and chair. We didn't need to go to any more shops. A warm and friendly welcome but not chased around the store like you are in some of the other shops. Mark Cain introduced himself to my wife and I then left us to explore. Once we had settled on a few options, Mark helped us and guided us through the process and made the whole experience a pleasure. Furniture now ordered. Many thanks to Mark for all of your help.

Jan 01,2025So nice not to be jumped on the minute you enter the store by commisson desperate sales staff. Allowed time to browse the store before being assisted by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Special mentions for Scott Dupree who eventually handled our order and Shaun Long for his assistance and advice. Great to get a bit of furniture that’s a bit different from the norm in the other big retail park stores!! Great service and great experience will definitely call in again.

Phil’s knowledge of the products was exceptional, and he patiently answered all my questions, providing helpful advice on the different styles and finishes available. And couldn't have been more helpful. He offered swatches and ordered them for us. The bed hasn't been delivered yet but I'm sure that process will be seamless as well.

Dec 31,2024Roy Turner was the lovely guy who helped my son and I decide on my new Viborg Dining Table. I have seen this table on Stoker’s website for months, I knew it was the one I wanted, but it took my son and Roy to convince me to go ahead with the purchase. Roy was so knowledgable and helpful, nothing was a trouble to him. I am just looking forward to getting the table delivered. There was no pressure whatsoever and having purchased the chair we left having had an extremely positive experience entirely due to the manner in which Phil served us. Dec 31,2024Another visit to one of the Stokers store near to where we live, this time to buy a new sofa and armchairs. The choice was wide and varied and the store at Southport quite big. All staff I came into contact with were courteous and helpful, as always. We decided on what to buy and was helped by Andrew Cleverley, the salesman who gave us advice on our choice.
