Sep 27,2024We're currently renovating our house so we're getting a lot done at every which place and Stokers so far have been our absolute favourite. Every time Andrew has handled each one of our purchases with a grand smile, genuine care and interest, even if we're just browsing he will ask how the house is coming and how we're doing which is lovely. Brilliant service and goes through every detail with us! Their delivery men are also super nice and polite making extra effort to assemble the furniture where we would like it and are chatty and lovely! Nick and Graham were brilliant, were extremely respectful in the house while assembling our furniture and did their job efficiently and swiftly! They also had a great vibe with each other which brought a smile to my face :) Every piece of furniture has been solid and great quality from our bed to our sofa, everything is extremely well made. Cannot get enough of how good this place is for the customer and we will be returning throughout our renovation experience! 10/10!

Sep 27,2024Steve Wood gave great advice on maintenance etc to help us choose our Duresta sofas. He then guided us through the ordering process. The sofas were delivered much earlier than anticipated by Nick and Graham who were brilliant, very friendly and professional. Our house is elevated and accessed by an external staircase. This didn't worry them and they carried our very heavy sofas up, taking their time to ensure they weren't damaged. The customer service from Stokers is excellent. We've had a table and chairs previously which arrived before our house was fully built so we had to out off delivery for some time which was absolutely no problem at all. We Will always go to Stokers when we need any more furniture.

Sep 27,2024Visited store yesterday with my son who was left disabled after an accident. We were looking for a recliner riser chair and a sofa Andrew was very helpful and informative. We weren't rushed at all and showed all the options available to us. My son's support worker transferred him from wheelchair to recliner chair. He had a tried the chair in different positions. He choose his colour in leather. Andrew left us to talk amongst ourselves over complimentary coffee and biscuits. We looked at the furniture again and my son tried the chair to confirm it was suitable. Brilliant service no pressure. Completed our purchase and left happy customers. Would differently recommend. Thanks Andrew.

Sep 25,2024I love shopping here. Its excellent quality furniture with a good range of products. A vast range of coverings for you to chose from. The staff here are friendly and allow you to browse at your leisure. they are there if you need advice or help. it takes us ages to chose, and that was no problem, they left us to it until we were ready to make a purchase. That is the reason I like to shop there, no one over your shoulder pushing you into a sale and following you round the shop. They had various priced items to suit all but the quality is excellent, never be wary of having a look because its worth going through those doors. Also you can park outside the door at Ormskirk.
