Oct 09,2024We went to Stokers for a new sofa and chair. We were looked after by Martin Worley. He was very patient as we struggle to make decisions and we also had a 5yr old running around. He did not make us feel under any pressure to buy and was really helpful. Really nice choice of furniture. Well made and alot of British made furniture so not long to wait.

Oct 08,2024I travelled to the Chester branch of Stokers to look for a mattress. I was pleased to find Joe Tudor on duty. I'd spoken with him on a previous shopping occasion, and found him very calming and respectful. Joe was attentive to what I was looking for, and pointed out various mattresses for me to test. He came across as very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with clarity. He explained what mattresses suit individuals according to their sleep position, and how different mattresses are produced, etc. It was very educational, thank you Joe, and with your help, I was able to make a decision, and make my purchase. Overall, a visit to Stokers in Chester is a very pleasant experience. Clearly, the store is very well managed.

Took us through the various materials available, timescales and aftercare service. No pushy sales chat. All this with a friendly, amusing approach which made the experience very enjoyable.

On our most recent visit to the Chester store, once again the service, advice and great price was excellent. On this occasion Joe Tudor was our sales advisor. His knowledge of the product, advice and politeness made the whole process very easy for us to select the right product. We have no hesitation in recommending Stokers Furniture.

He was considerate enough to leave us be while looking, no pressure at all but as soon as we asked for help he was there to advise us. The whole experience was excellent. Oct 10,2024From our initial interactions as a Customer with Stokers, we were always met by Mrs Julie Williams who is an amazing ambassor for the company. We smoothly purchased an italian dove grey sofa piece with both reclainers. Her explanation on: terms of business (finance), delivery dates, present and after service and care/ cleaning kit usage ++ were just top notch. Highly recommend Julie to serve you at all time. Tracey Williams also in the back office is also as efficient. Tracey at all times can answer finance related queries with speed, efficiency and without referrals to her colleagues. Well done Tracey also. With both ladies interacting with us on both occasions, this resulted recently in a 2nd purchase of the matching Italian sofa set. to be delivered and paid for in December 2024.
