Oct 05,2024Really looking forwards to delivery of our new sofa, chair and footstool, the service we received was excellent especially as we couldn't decide and it took several visits and changes of mind (& patience from Andrew who helped us every time!) Happy now with our choice, Andrew went above and beyond to explain all the options of each type of sofa and ensure we made the right decision and chose the perfect option for the room size. Added bonus was the coffee machine and biscoff biscuits which also assisted with the deliberations! Thank you to Andrew and to Stokers, would not hesitate to recommend if you like stylish, good quality furniture and top class service, we will be back very soon 🙂

Oct 05,2024Recently purchased a 2 x seater with powered seats from stokers Received great help and assistance from Andy Short the sales assistant. We were worried about getting the sofa into our house, but Andy explained how the sofa was assembled and would not be an issue when delivered. Also recommend a powered headrest, which we did not know about and after testing really made a difference to the comfort of the chair Thanks you Andy for all your professional advice and help Much appreciated Ian and carol samuel

Oct 05,2024The thing I liked about Stokers is that I didn't feel pressured by any of the staff we were greeted by Steve but then we were left to browse and choose the sofa we liked in our own time .We returned to the store a week later and were surprised that Steve recognised us he was very friendly and helpful when we come to buy the sofa .

Phil Aldridge was very helpful explaining the options available for the furniture we were buying and has kept us updated on the expected delivery from the manufacturer. We have purchased several items recently from Stokers at Southport and have been very happy with the service provided by Phil and other staff.

Oct 04,2024Fantastic customer service at Stokers in Chester! Bought a table and chairs in 2021 and since then we’ve had an issue with 2 of the chairs. They have had to be repaired previously but broke again. We were asked to pop into store to see if we’d like to choose other chairs to replace them but nothing matched the chairs we still had so they have let us replace all the chairs for completely brand new ones! So although we initially had an issue twice, both times they’ve sorted us out fairly. Nick & Graham delivered the new chairs today and again another top service from them. Very friendly guys and happy to place furniture where requested. I’m one very happy customer & highly recommend Stokers Fine Furniture in Chester.

Oct 04,2024We visited the Ormskirk branch to view g plan suites. Tracy Corns greeted us and showed us various suites to find one with suitable dimensions.She was very knowledgeable, polite and professional.After checking sizes at home we returned and ordered a Ledbury suite on 24th September 2024.

Phil Aldridge provided excellent customer service - relaxed and kind approach - welcomed and introduced himself before leaving me to explore and try out, no pressure applied at all. Delivery guys Steve & Adam were very careful and friendly and took away packaging leaving bedroom straight. I would only ever look to Stokers to purchase my furnishings as always quality. Excellent service as always.

Oct 03,2024We visited Stokers Chester in June to choose furniture for a bungalow we were in the process of purchasing. Mike Williams was extremely helpful, we chose a settee that was in stock and lounge furniture. The move was delayed but this was not a problem for Stokers They put the settee in storage. And the furniture was put on hold. Keeping Mike informed of the delay we eventually moved at the end of September. The settee was delivered on the day of the move. We had to change our some of our chosen furniture Mike sorted it out and placed the order. Excellent Service.

Oct 02,2024We visited the Stokers Ormskirk store on Sunday to look for 2 sofas. We were thrilled not only with the amount of sofas available for us to try, but more importantly to us, the friendly and knowledgeable service we were shown by Tracey Corns the sales rep. At no time were we put under any pressure to buy and all our questions were answered honestly and with an obvious wish to make our experience a friendly and worthwhile one. The Ormskirk store is an absolute delight anyway, both architecturally but with a lovely relaxed atmosphere to it. The staff are great,(thanks also to Roy) and the choice is first class. We will not shop anywhere else from now on as if its not at Stokers its probably not worth having. Oh and we bought two G plan sofas which had a great 30% discount on them. Thanks Tracey and Roy it was worth the trip over from Wigan

Everything went very smoothly, they explained the care instructions and even took away all the packaging. Great job guys, thank you. Thanks also to Steve at the Chester store for his great customer service and to Natalie for arranging the delivery. Looking forward to receiving my three piece suite now before Christmas :-)
