Oct 02,2024Excellent experience in Stokers Southport on Thursday 26th September, even though it was close to closing time. Carl Sixsmith was so helpful and offered much needed help and advice regarding various mattresses and bed frames. Not pushy at all and we felt at ease making a decision on which item we wanted to purchase. Would certainly recommend Stokers to all family and friends.

Sep 30,2024Visited Stokers after viewing them on line. We were impressed by the huge range of furniture on show. We were approached by Graeme Beresford, who with his friendly and relaxed manner, engaged us with the offer of tea/coffee, which was a good opener. He never once pushed or tried to lead us into a purchase. We were given time to try out sofas and ask any questions we wanted. Graeme's knowledge and easy banter gave us confidence in the brand and what their customer ethics are. After about an hour of trying out, looking a fabric swatches and lots of questions we purchased our sofa. Thanks to Graeme for all his guidance, advice and reserved selling techniques.

Sep 29,2024Julie was very helpful store assistant, showed me various styles of chairs and colours of fabrics and has kept me up to date with the process of the order. Bought a small fixed settee end of last year and quality is excellent, therefore, back Stokers for 3 piece suite for lounge.

We were served by Graham Bedworth who was so knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase of two sofas. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us time to think things over with no pressure to buy. We’re looking forward to receiving our sofas and will definitely recommend Stokers to friends and family.

Sep 29,2024Stokers (Southport) is always a go to store when I shop for furniture. I have bought several items in the past. Recently I had a succession of issues with a reclining leather sofa. (A premium brand). All issues were addressed promptly. I felt confident in that Stokers were receptive and reactive to every problem which arose. However, it was eventually decided, around 24 months after purchase, that it had come to a point where a replacement was warranted. This was at Clare Mason's behest. This remedy was way beyond my expectation. That is why I buy from Stokers, if possible. Thank you Clare :)
