Apr 23,2025So very disappointed with this company, We purchased a BBQ which was delivered quickly and with no issues, we also purchased a BBQ cover for said BBQ which turned out to be ordered incorrectly on our part, however I would have thought in todays automated times that should have picked up by a bot The problems started when we tried to return the said BBQ cover which was unopened. We first had to jump through hoops to prove that the item was in a new condition (we requested the refund/exchange on the day of delivery) when they finally agreed we could return it we were told we had to send recorded and tracked with a signature which we did. I have a POD admittedly its not a helpful picture but it has a signature and a name. Stoves are Us took 2 weeks to come back to dispute the item had been delivered and they had no one of that name in the warehouse. The upshot is that someone is either lying, the item was lost in the factory, or worse. none of those things are us and I doubt its the Royal Mail. Having reviewed earlier trustpilot reviews I note that Customer Service and Returns/Refunds are repeatedly being an issue for customers of Stoves are us. Classic case of Buyer Beware of this company. We certainly won't use or recommend the company.

The set itself is well made, stylish and comfortable with various options to convert from a sofa into a day bed. I am very pleased with it. The delivery people arrived punctually and were very pleasant and helpful.

Apr 16,2025Item was advertised as in stock, delivered in 3 to 5 working days, after that had passed I emailed asking where it was to no reply, when I emailed again saying I wanted to cancel and would do a chargeback if I didnt get a response it somehow went out for delivery the next day. only 1 of the 2 items we ordered was delivered despite both being marked as shipped by the supplier. The item ordered was nowhere near the advertised quality, they said it was 3mm steel and its only 1mm thick with a coat of black paint on each side. Edit, still havent had the return and still waiting a day per email reply. Stovesareus were informed this was not as advertised a week ago, this was confirmed as an "error" by the manufacturere. Both are still advertising bonfeu products as 3mm steel when they are in fact 1mm.
