Apr 15,2025The delivery men went over and above for me , they managed to manoeuvre a 100kg range cooker through my small cottage doorway even putting straps under it to lift it through and into place , lots of others would have just refused to manage the difficult task , they were ABSOLUTE HEROES. I will not hesitate to use this company again, also kept me informed all the time right up until they pulled up at the door.

Apr 13,2025Very easy to assemble. Probably 30-40 min So far this bbq make me happy. In 5 min it’s all hot and I can throw the meat 🥩 I can watch through the glass and that’s really helpful It’s My first experience with gas BBQ and from 1 to 10 it’s Tenna In 15 min your meat it’s done 💪😁

Apr 13,2025Perfect product as advertised. However, ‘delivery’ was an issue for us. Clearly states pallet delivery, so our new cooker didn’t even make it through our front gate. Although we were aware of this didn’t quite believe it would simply be left on the road side. Won’t be ordering in future I’m afraid.

Apr 09,2025Dimplex fire stopped flame effect after less than 9 months. They responded quickly but the solution didn’t work. They responded again and apparently a part is ordered via Dimplex and a separate repair company engaged. I’ve heard from the repair company but not yet had the part arrive and stovesareus seems to have decided that it’s all done and dusted. Dimplex won’t respond and I can’t get anyone else to help. Not that impressed frankly.
