Feb 22,2025Delivery was on the day i selected and arrived between the times indicated. Driver waited until package was inspected. Checked with Stoves are us about mounting bracket to discover it was not needed with this model. Staff very helpful.

Feb 20,2025Awful. I ordered my stove on 12th Dec with an estimated 4 week delivery timeframe. It arrived today (19th Feb). I didn’t realize that delivery would be on a pallet to my driveway, I.e not brought inside the house. It may be stated in various places, but not obvious enough because I missed it. The stove was so heavy and I am on my own. I strained every muscle getting it into my hallway as I couldn’t leave it outside. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I am gutted. If you are on your own, do not order from this company. It is worth paying a little more and getting item delivered into your home.

Feb 19,2025Received a damaged £3000 cooker, which I notified them about on 22nd January 2025 but didn’t collect until12 February three weeks later, they told me I had to wait to confirm the cooker was collected even though I have photo of it being collected they still won’t refund me, this is the worst treatment no apologies and no refund I’m now going to speak to my credit card company so don’t use this company Isn’t it funny 10 minutes after writing this review, miraculously you can say you are now going to refund me, but it shouldn’t take 3 weeks to collect the damaged cooker and over a week to get the refund, I’ve been chasing this for over a month in total I would never buy from you again. Also they just dumped the cooker on the drive, I did not realise this until they came to deliver again I would never have bought from somewhere that doesn’t help to get it into the house.

Feb 17,2025Fire arrived and we love the fire but the service from StovesAreUs wasn't great. I'd been promised delivery in 5-7 days. When it got to day 9 and I'd still not heard from them, I chased it up with them. They said they'd get back to me that day with a response. I didn't hear from them again. I spoke to the manufacturer directly and arranged the delivery with them. I didn't hear back from StovesAreUs again until after it had already been delivered!

Feb 22,2025Absolutely awful in accepting returns/refunds due to their misleading advertising. They did everything they possibly could to put me off returning a hearth, despite me advising I’m disabled and cannot lift a 31kg hearth into a car. They were awkward, tried everything they could to make it difficult to return. Numerous emails sent and after a ridiculous amount of stress and hassle they finally agreed to collect the hearth. Oh but then on the day it should have been collected they somehow “missed”the collection date&re-book. I had to sort all that out as they didn’t advise until on the day-now there’s a thing! It didn’t end there though did it, I then had to chase and chase the refund. I have reported this company to trading standards for their dreadful service and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. One of the worst online experiences I have ever had.
