Apr 08,2025I was holding off writing this review but since I got another email asking for a review so here goes. I was first attracted to this company due to the number of positive reviews and there price match options. I ordered my fire and the ordering process and delivery was seamless. On delivery I noticed that the packaging containing the fire inset was damaged and had been wrapped in cling film. When I opened the package I noticed the inset itself was damaged. I contacted the company and was advised to send pictures which I duely did. I was then I formed that the company would have to contact the manufacturer I then explained that this wasn't a fault on the product and that it had clearly been damaged at the warehouse or on shipping. I was assured that a replacement would be sent. On getting no further update after a couple of days I emailed again and was told that they would chase the manufacturer and to be patient. I waited a further twelve days and had no update so I emailed again and was told they had no response from the manufacturer and they would chase this up I've had no timescales as to when to expect the replacement for the damaged inset and no other suggestions as to how this matter could be rectified. I think I've been more than patient but I'm starting to get to the point where I believe that I will have to contact my credit card company and start the process of disputing payment. Update - After weeks of trying to get a replacement fire bed it finally arrived tonight (16th April 2025) this one is also damaged, to say that I'm livid is an understatement.

However sadly the product was faulty and I have been trying for the past week to get things resolved either by the product being replaced or my money refunded. It has been very disappointing, firstly that the product is faulty and secondly with the company poor customer service.

Apr 06,2025Hi everyone From Stoves I am giving you 5 out of 5 stars for brilliant and professional customer service. If there where 10 I would giving it without doubt. So my story began with a search for a new cooker when The Delongi cooker sold by Stoves popped up on my screen.I liked all the fichers and contacted Stoves over the phone to see if is available for viewing before purchasing. The costumer service professionally dealt with my enquiry explaining that the viewing room will be ready after the new year.I have patiently waited and call again to check. I have been told after checking the model I was after is in the viewing room so I jump in the car and went to see the cooker.I was welcomed and showed the model Delongi by Stove member of staff and he explained everything regarding ordering and delivery alongside other questions I had at the time. As soon as I left the show room I made the purchase and no longer after I received my brilliant new cooker. My big gratitude to all Stoves members of staff please continue to be so great to customers.Big thank you from me and my family.
