The electric stove was part assembled when delivered final assembly very straightforward with artificial logs and coals supplied looks good when in use

As I was out of the country when it was delivered my next door neighbour took delivery on my behalf . See pics . Fortunately no significant damage resulted , however it has put me off from using this supplier in future until they can secure a more safe courier service .

Feb 12,2025The fire is as ordered. The delivery was over due by 3 weeks. Stoves direct did not contact me at all to say delivery was delayed. I had to chase them. Customer service not up to the standard I would expect
