We contacted customer service in February 25 and to our amazement they responded positively to our complaint, we returned the table and we got a full refund! This is absolutely first class. Thank you

Mar 15,2025Product ordered online and very easy. Delivery communication could be improved as just received a text from a courier company with no details of what it was for. Had to phone the company to check it was their courier. Courier was very good though. Very pleased with the fire.

Mar 15,2025EDIT: Unfortunately, what you are writing is not true. I know that my order has been with you for over a week - it was delivered from the manufacturer's warehouse... Your store promised to take care of everything related to customs clearance and send me the ordered products.. I am asking for reliable and true information, instead of a comment that you think will show you in a better light... For me, something like this is unacceptable. Your store offers products that are not physically in stock.... Such trade is dishonest and leads to these strange situations like mine... You expose customers to stress and that is why there are negative comments - it is only and exclusively your fault...! I paid for goods that I have not received to date!! Shame!! I am very disappointed with this store. On February 8th I ordered a smokehouse, with a delivery fee of £99, because I live in Northern Ireland... Unfortunately, I have not received my parcel to this day. Additionally, I ordered accessories on March 10th.... In total, I paid almost £1150 for everything and I am still waiting for delivery... Contact practically only at my initiative... The store's staff asks for patience, writing that they will contact me when they send the order.... 5 weeks have passed.. and nothing has changed... 😔 How much longer do I have to wait...?? It is not fair how you treat customers.. If it continues like this - I will have to cancel this order...
