Mar 05,2025I bought a replacement multifuel stove from Stoves areus. I looked at several retailers but they had the best price. Delivery was quite quick. I have easy access to my garage so the delivery man was able to wheel the stove there wait a few minutes while I checked for any problems. There was no problem so i consider I had a good experience.

Mar 03,2025This is the second stove purchased from you company had one hiccup this time delivery did not arrive on the day it was meant to arrive stayed in for and it never turned up. Was delivered the next day . Stove was well packed with no damage and is very good quality

Mar 01,2025Only gave 4 stars due to 1st delivery date being cancelled and we’d arranged a holiday around it. When it did arrive, was very pleased with the service and workmanship from the 2 guys from aga/rangemaster, very efficient and pleasant and very quick installation and disconnection of old cooker.

Feb 25,2025Good communication, kept us up to date when delivery was being made. Unfortunately we had asked for a specific delivery date and stayed in that day but received an email from the courier late in the day to say that they couldn't deliver that day but would deliver the following day, which was not really acceptable, however we were able to work with the courier company to arrange an appropriate time to deliver. Their customer service was very good.
