Nov 08,2024The delivery to my chosen drop off point was very good, with a very helpful driver who gave me time to check the stove before signing for it. The only reason it isn't a 5 star review is that there was no time slot given, just a phone message 20 minutes before. Other couriers are much better in this regard - even the driver didn't know why they were behind the curve on this!

Nov 08,2024Ordered a Dik Geurts IVAR 5 wood burner for £1282.50 and agreed delivery for 5th November. The item finally arrived late afternoon and then spotted they’d delivered the much bigger IVAR 8 wood burner. I immediately called to advise the mistake and was told that I needed to send a photo to prove that they’d sent the wrong wood burner. Eventually they agreed they sent wrong item and the said they had no other IVAR 5 in stock and delivery of a replacement would be 7 to 10 working days. Therefore I asked for the wood burner to be collected and a refund. Stoves are us said they would but no refund until they got the wood burner back, so through no fault of mine the company gets to keep my money while I wait for the wood burner to be collected. Agreed to collection today 7 November however due to an issue with the courier the wood burner was not collected, now told it will be collected tomorrow. Asked for refund today as again not my fault the collection failed. Again Stoves are us say no refund however they will ask their accounts department to process a refund when it’s collected rather than wait until it back in their warehouse. This was stated as thought they’re doing me a favour so they still have my money and I’ve bought the same wood burner from another supplier I must admit the service from All About living in Leicester has been outstanding, they matched the price from Stoves are Us took my order Late afternoon in the 5th and delivered today the 7th November and great communication must better than Stoves are Us who have made me fell that I am at fault not them! Hopefully the wood burner will be collected tomorrow and a refund will actually be processed. Looking at other reviews here I don’t feel confident Awful service from Stoves Are Us zero customer service. Excellent service from All AboutvLiving

Nov 04,2024I love the look of the solid fuel fire grate, it looks fab in my fireplace. The bottom cover is very tight to fit and remove. So far am enjoying my fires. Very happy.
