Nov 26,2024So delighted with our Broseley Canterbury Electric Stove It is solid cast iron and has the look of a real log burner. I did my homework on choosing a stove which was the most realistic, having had a log burner previously I’m quite happy I have the look but not the mess. I did however purchase some extra ornamental coals to give the coal bed a fuller look. Overall I’m really happy with it and would highly recommend. The next day delivery was a bonus and was delivered on time as promised. Excellent service

Called them up 5pm on Friday, had a new part arrive from manufacturer less than a week later. Excellence customer service and delighted with all round shopping experience. Would highly recommend.

Nov 20,2024Great overall experience. I bought the Woodpecker WP5 Eco Design Multifuel / Wood Burner with 1m stove pipe and register plate from StovesAreUs. I was very impressed by how fast and helpful they responded to my questions which i asked via email on separate occasions. The items arrived in great condition with no damage and were well packaged and the stove was wrapped in protective plastic and protected with a purpose made ply box over the top. Would have no problems recommending to friends and family. I would definitely use again. Now I just need to fit it.

Nov 26,2024They sent an electric fireplace that had been opened and tampered with as brand new. When calling for a replacement the manager called the request weird and refused to replace the item. In the end we returned it and payed delivery charges.
