Nov 12,2024Very happy with our new log stove. It looks fantastic and is made of quality materials. For a 2kw fire it gives out a lot of heat. The website makes it easy to order and delivery is 24hrs. The delivery man brought the fire direct to our door and setting up was quick and easy.

Nov 10,2024We were in a really stressful situation with our house sale being held up due to the woodburner failing a safety test .we needed a new front section and really hadn't got a clue where to start finding the parts needed . Your man on the phone was brilliant dealing with my call and needs and sorted everything out quickly with a great knowledge of what we would need to end our current situation . Really can't thank him enough . Parts came straight away and all fitted perfectly allowing us to get the safety certificate and get the house sale back on track . Absolutely brilliant service 👏 👌 👍 many thanks guys

Nov 08,2024Stoves all good but Courier put a very expensive Range cooker on a broken pallet and it was incredibly lucky it arrived in one piece as it caught the side of the van it was in rather than turning over completely in the back. The woman delivery driver was epic in getting it in one piece to the house.
