Any queries were dealt with promptly, and stove arrived well packaged It's still in it's original packaging, but looks like everything is ok underneath as I've not completely removed old one as yet. Would definitely recommend this company.

Oct 31,2024Cracking bit of kit !! Worth every penny ! Treated myself to a 60th birthday pressie. Kicks out the Heat nicely and looks fab. Cooked two meals on the hot plate accessory. Fab !! Trying not to go over the top, but a great piece of kit. Buy one, you won't be disappointed!!

Firstly I waited over a month for delivery when they expected delivery was 2-3 days on the stock item, no communication to advise there were any delays, shocking response time when I was chasing, asked multiple times for tracking information, never received it, did eventually receive an email stating it had been delivered to the wrong address and I had to go and collect it. Secondly they sent the incorrect item (to the wrong address) and then took days to respond to my return request. Thirdly, the address they asked me to send the return to has refused the Royal Mail delivery twice, I’ve been chasing Stoves R Us, they’re completely unhelpful and repeatedly asking me to contact Royal Mail, which I have done multiple times. So I have no product, no refund and no customer service support! I imagine when they do eventually accept delivery they’ll say it is outside of the return period and refuse a refund anyway! Will never use again….

Nov 03,2024Design and super flame effect really good. However, I was undecided whether to give 3 or 4 stars because the vibrating noise is very bad once I put on the heating. The fire was installed by a professional electrician and the fire is very well installed with no movement at all. I therefore chose 4 stars because I really liked the look of the fire but not so sure if I would purchase again due to the vibration.
