Oct 11,2024I bought a Cozze Premium 60cm Outdoor Kitchen - essentially a cupboard to store a pizza oven for £250. The item was IMPOSSIBLE to build. I rang the company and they assured me they could collect and refund. We packed the unit back up, but have now been told for the last month that they won't collect/refund as there's nothing wrong with the item! Despite their own staff saying it was "incredibly tricky". They did offer to send a representative from the manufacturer to build the unit... but by the time they did this we'd already bought another from a different supplier. So here we are, stuck with a soggy box with bits which (allegedly) could become an outdoor kitchen. There have been so many emails, phone calls, but this is STILL not resolved and I'm so frustrated and feel very, very let down. I just can't see how they have so many stars on Trustpilot. BUYER BEWARE and read the negative reviews before purchasing - I wish I had!! I will now be progressing with Trading Standards, as the ridiculous item is labelled "self assembly"....
