We are impressed with the flames and the over all look when it is turned on without any heat as it creates both ambience and enhances relaxation The actual heat from the fire is exceptional and so overall we give a 5 star review for our beautiful fire and a Thank you.

Sep 30,2024Purchased the cozze 500 plancha, only to find a bit of damage to the grill plate Sent pictures and the plate was replaced quickly, and what a fantastic peace of kit cooks well but it's a learning curve to control the temperature, well worth the money, so easy to clean ,would recommend fun to cook with
