Sep 09,2024BBQ purchase in excess of £550 that and delivery went fine. When building the BBQ there is an issue with one of the parts meaning I cannot use it. So far after two weeks no help at all from customer service.

Sep 06,2024Dreadful company. Customer service does not exist took four weeks to refund for an item purchased that was faulty. Certainly would not buy from them again, although have to say after weeks of getting no response or refund it was finally sorted by a very helpful team member called sharon.

Sep 06,2024I tried ordering a Heston Blumenthal Everdure Furnace/barbecue from another site. Only after paying for it did I get an out of stock email and then nearly a month for a refund. With StovesAreUs they simply delivered the goods without any delay, extra charges or fuss. Great to deal with.
